AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL SCAM. They won’t refund my money. 1000% SCAM!!!!!

Looks like a scam. No communication. Order not shipped after payment for more than 25 days, no responses from support email.

Don't order.

This is a scam!!! They are scammers. I have no doubt that their product is a scam, too. BEWARE. I got off with a loss of only 20 EUR. I pre-ordered the product. And I would have already bought the watch itself. But they are very greedy scammers. They tried to scam right from the start. The reservation terms stated: “Because you placed a $20 reservation, you’ve secured access to the $299 early reservation price, $200 below the $499 starting public price.” Right away, they charged me 20 EUR instead of 20 USD—which is more. However, during the checkout process, they tried to charge me 299 GBP. I contacted them several times—no response. I filed a complaint with the European Consumer Center. Of course, I don’t have high hopes. After all, it’s only 20 EUR. But I’m warning everyone—these are liars and scammers!

I purchased an Eclipse. I received it. Initially all good, was very pleased with how it worked. After 3 months it failed, completely dead. I contacted them, they responded and after some tests promised to send a replacement. That was on the 18th August 2026. Now it is the 26th September, I have received no replacement and sent over 10 emails, none of them replied to. This is a company built on Sand. Do not buy anything, do not trust them

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY - I PAID $20 + PLACED THE ORDER FOR MY WATCH BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM & UNABLE TO FIND MY ORDER ONLINE....TOTAL FRAUD

This company operates like a scam. Their website, etc., looks sophisticated but they do not answer emails and their phone number is unlisted. I asked for a refund - no reply. I finally filed for a refund from my credit card company.

I cancelled my reservation before the refund deadline of 1 September and am therefore entitled to a refund of the USD 20 deposit. I have contacted the merchant several times regarding the refund, but they have not responded to any of my inquiries.

As it was already said twice before, I think this company is a scam! I was very impressed with the way the new watch looked so I paid the deposit but I also made the mistake to place an order. And pay for it! And after that, I have wrote them 3 times until now and I have no answer! I am afraid that I will lose all my money and will not receive any watch!... I was so happy to be buying this as a gift for my husband... Can someone tell me if they could contact them?

Refundable Solstice deposit ignored despite repeated requests

I paid a £20 reservation deposit for the Panther Solstice. I decided not to proceed and first requested my refund on 31 August 2026, then explicitly confirmed cancellation on 1 September.

I followed up several times and have received no acknowledgement and no refund. During that period Panther has continued sending me promotional emails encouraging me to complete the purchase.

I have now had to pursue the payment through my bank.

My concern is not the £20 itself. It is that a company taking deposits from customers should be capable of acknowledging a straightforward cancellation and refund request.

Based solely on my own experience, I would not currently be comfortable paying Panther several hundred pounds for a product.

Panther Technology have an existing fitness tracker on the market named Eclipse. At best it gets mixed reviews. A few months ago they pre-launched a new smartwatch with impressive specifications named Solstice. A US$20 deposit secured an option for the "Founders" offer to buy the watch for a US$200 discount. Fully refundable.
Sales went live 1st Sep. No evidence of a working product and no way to claim refund. They require full payment at order time, contrary to information given earlier to pre-pay depositors about payment due on shipping.
They do not respond to email queries and there is no other way to contact them.
So an audaciously cutting edge specification (there is no product available currently that matches the features they advertise) taking payments in advance, not responding to requests for information, not responding to requests for refund.

No demonstration of any operational product 3 months from volume shipping.

I'm waiting on my deposit refund, but I'm not hopeful. I am worried for anyone who pays the full amount for the product without evidence it exists.
