I subscribed to this service and didn't realize that I would have to manually enter every contact that I want to message. That is right! They have no way to import your current customers. You have to enter each customer, one at a time. And I did contact customer support and they said that I can't upload my customer list. Very time consuming entering one customer at a time considering that I have over 3k contacts. Seems like you should have a bulk upload and then ask you clients to opt in but there is no option for that. Support said that I would have to enter each customer one at a time.

Unfortunately, as a result of recent spammers and system abuse, to protect the integrity of our systems and message delivery rates for all customers, subscribers that receive mass texts or mass email messages sent from Parachute must first opt-in to give their permission. Your subscribers only need to opt-in once and the process is as simple as sending a single text message. If you already have a list of current customers, simply let them know about your new text message keyword(s) and dedicated Parachute number. If you have a social media following like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook slash Meta, or any other social connections – it’s easy to send a quick message with your dedicated number and new keyword to sign up. When you need to send mass texts or mass emails, select any keyword you've created and any contacts subscribed to each specific keyword will receive that mass text or mass email!
