La silla llegó en el plazo acordado, y uno de los reposabrazos venia con un defecto y con solo mandar una foto me enviaron la pieza inmediatamente.

Ho acquistato su questo sito un cuscino per cervicale e il mio fidanzato lo trova molto comodo. È arrivato come descritto e mostrato in foto e i prezzi non sono eccessivi. La spedizione è stata rapidissima nonostante fosse fuori Italia. Se dovesse ricapitare, acquisterò ancora volentieri da loro!

Sedia molto bella e comoda, montata relativamente in poco tempo, unica pecca le viti che sono a brugola e si possono rovinare, per il resto il materiale e molto resistente e sembra di buona qualità. Avevo già preso anche la scrivania qualche anno fa e sono ancora felice dell'acquisto!

Tutto Perfetto, Sedia montata in meno di 15 minuti, robusta e materiali al top, consiglio, spedizione veloce e pacco arrivato senza danni

Es muy facil de mo tar y se ve muy bien es super cómoda y tiene unos acabados y unos materiales buenísimos desde luego la recomiendo

Buen servicio, el paquete llegó rápido y sin defectos. Además, me confundí con el modelo de mesa al pedirla y me devolvieron el dinero sin ningún problema para que la pudiera cambiar

Ottimo prodoto. Tessuto di qualità. Montaggio un pò laborioso ma ne è valsa la pena. Poltrona da gaming molto comoda e personalizzabile secondo le proprie esigenze di gioco. Di dimensioni notevoli. Ho acquistato come optional le ruote in gomma, silenziosissime!!! Unico neo, ma che non toglie nulla alla qualità della poltrona, nell'imballaggio mancavano i gommini che nascondono le viti di fissaggio laterali. Ne ho fatto richiesta.

Ottima qualità, sia visiva che costruttiva. Montaggio facilissimo e devo dire anche l'assistenza di Martin è stata paziente ed esaustiva.

Las sillas llegaron en el plazo acordado, fáciles de montar y tienen buena pinta, subiré video detallado a YouTube de si estado final. Ya que no se ven sillas de tela como estas, de tela .
Espero den buen resultado , ire poniendo videos según pase el tiempo y uso.

Il montaggio è risultato molto semplice e veloce, i vari materiali (rivestimenti bulloni etc.)sembrano di ottima qualità. Rimane da vedere la durata nel tempo. Per ora un ottimo acquisto

Pros: the chair looks nice and the recline and tilt mechanisms work well.

Cons: 1) the seat is quite hard, plan on buying a cushion if you want a comfortable seat.
2) I paid for the upgraded wheels. I would not recommend them because they do not offer any locking mechanism. I would not recommend the purchase of their upgraded wheels, Amazon offers similar products at the same price but that include locking mechanisms. 3) I like the attitude of their customer service. After my purchase I received an email from Parcon inviting my feedback. I replied, indicating that I was mostly satisified but I wish they offered a locking wheels. I thought the company wanted feedback on how to improve their product, but this turned out not to be the case. Instead of their customer service thanking me for my feedback they responded telling me that I would see what I was buying. To me this the opposite of appreciating customer feedback which strikes me as offensive considering they ASKED ME for my feedback. I can send the wheels back but this will cost me shipping and so it is hard to justify. Instead I am more likely to buy another set of wheels from Amazon, and have vowed never to give Parcon one penny more, and this is largely because of the response of their customer service. Again they ASKED ME for my feedback and I gave it, the tone of their response was entirely inappropriate.

I would not recommend this product or this company.

Siempre que preguntaba por mi pedido me atendían muy bien y muy amables..los pedidos llegaron en perfectas condiciones..fácil montaje...buena calidad y muy cómodas ..todo bien..sin duda volveré a pedir en algún momento .

La silla llegó perfectamente, fácil de montar y cómoda., se reclina bastante, la tapicería tiene cremalleras, cojín de apoyo lumbar y cervical muy util.

Ottimo venditore. Velocissimo nella spedizione, arrivato tutto in ottime condizioni.

La verdad que el pedido llegó un par de días tarde pero bueno eso es lo de menos el problema es que no he podido probarla (mesa) porque hubo un incendio en casa y he tenido que venirme unos días a alicante a recuperarme cuando regrese ya diré que tal es el producto en si.
Por otro lado si que es verdad que estaría bien que diesen un seguimiento de los envíos porque es cierto que en ningun momento se te avisan de nada.
