No one to talk to when I called. Sends you to recording trying to sell you other services. Emailed the service dept and got an unable to deliver message.
Do not buy from this company.

The customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a stationary bike from them. And some time later the bike broke. I diagnosed the issue and it was the tension belt that broke. So I contacted them via their online contact form, then it was a few back and force requesting extra information etc. And then the communication just stalled. No one would reply me! And I was asking a really simple questions: how to order a replacement belt and where to find instructions on how to replace it. Now I'm stuck with the a huge piece of metal, the bike, that I'm going to send to junk because they failed to help me get that tiny piece of rubber, the belt! Unbelievable. DO NOT BY from them!

I bought a rowing machine in Feb 2023, the equipment is not bad. BUT Don't subscribe to their App. Their service is so bad! It doesn't exist. I needed help logging in to mycloudfitness app account; I have never gotten any response (since August). I decided to cancel my subscription; I sent multiple emails to several email accounts, never got any response (since August), and they still charging my account! Don't subscribe to their app.

None of their customer service phone numbers work, their website is down, and nobody responds to emails. They had no problems taking my money when selling me an exercise bike but I can't get into contact with anybody to troubleshoot so that it will work. Please help!

Placed an order, credit card was charged and now I’ve been ghosted with no product shipped and a defunct website. When I call the phone there are no answers or straight busy signals.

I ordered a replacement plug for my bike and I havent received my order and they don't answer the phone.

Just received a replacement seat for my five year old Exerpeutic stationary bike and it’s perfect. Got my moneys worth out of the original seat and I’m fixin to break in the new one in a bit :)

After scouring Amazon and the Web for a specific part for my very old ProGear Cross Trainer, I noticed the sticker with a support phone number on the frame. I was directed to an email, and the part was quoted, billed via PayPal and shipped reasonably fast. Very satisfied that I did not have to recycle my old machine, which has lots of life left!

I had a very positive experience. Paradigm has execellent customer service. I bought a rower 3 years back. The chain broken off when I was working out. Based on the reviews, I thought the situation was unsalvageable. But I thought I will send an email in any case. I was delighted to receive a follow-up mail asking for what the issue is and pictures. When I asked for what part number to order, I was pleasantly surprised that Paradigm already shipped me the replacement part! Now, this is excellent service - prompt response, how-to-videos and also taking care of the broken parts even several years after I bought it. I am so glad that I was able to get this fixed and resume my workouts. Highly recommend!

My dog chewed through one of my bike pedals and John made the replacement process so easy despite the fact that I purchased their product on Amazon! Thank you so much John!

When I called to report a problem with my exercise bike's console there was no hesitation in sending out a replacement. Very happy with their response.

The only reason I gave one star is bc you have to rate otherwise you can not post. This company sold me a treadmill that broke in a few months then wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. They reached out to me once (JohnV) I’m putting his name out there. He stated I needed to send pics and a receipt which I did 5 times and I still haven’t heard from them. I advise my family and friends to stay away from this company via web and or Fingerhut!!!
BAD BUSINESS

I purchased the Fitness Reality X-Class Light Commercial High Capacity Olympic Power Cage over four years ago and have been lifting heavy on it ever since. I love this rack, super solid and well-crafted. Recently after 4 years of heavy, weighted dips, one of the dip bars bent slightly where it attaches to the rack. I emailed Fitness Reality about this and within two hours I had a reply stating that they had a new one on the way to me already. Outstanding customer service! I will continue to purchase and recommend these high-quality, affordable products. Using them has helped me achieve the best physique of my life as well as the priceless myriad of other health benefits that come with a dedicated workout routine, not only physical but mental, emotional and spiritual health as well. The dedication and patience learned through lifting weights can't help but spill over into all other aspects of life, improving overall quality of life to something I never would have expected. Thank you, Fitness Reality for helping to change my life!

I filled out the part I needed for my rowing machine (plastic wheel for rowing machine seat) online and in less than a week, I had the part at my door (a whole new seat assembly)! No questions asked, no hassling! Very easy to work with!

When the item arrived the little wheel to extend the machine was missing. I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. Great customer service and fast response to my request. The item is easy to put together and works wonders. This machine really helps relieve stress on your back. After only 15 minutes of use I got up and felt the relief on my lower back. I highly recommend this machine to anyone with back pain. It beats being upside down like a bat.

I recently purchased an Exerpeutic stationary bike to rehab a knee post surgery. The bike was working great but then a mechanical problem occurred. I contacted Paradigm customer service and received a quick response. The rep that I was working with helped to try and troubleshoot the problem which took several emails. Each time he replied quickly. The rep showed a great deal of patience and willingness to help. He was very courteous and professional and we got the problem solved to my satisfaction. I would buy from this company again.

Paradigm was very responsive to my issue and immediately provided service to remedy the issue to my satisfaction. I am very impressed not only with the quality of their products but the immediate service that they provide. I will buy more of their products in the future. I rate them the highest rating possible.
