Foot-dragging over ISA transfer
Foot-dragging over ISA transfer. I don't want to hear that it 'can take up to 15 business days' - in reality once the request from the receiving bank has been received and the customer has been notified of that fact the transfer should take place without further delay. It seems that certain banks hang onto cash for as long as possible in low interest maturity accounts - not a good look.

We do this to ensure that the process is completed accurately without disrupting your ISA tax benefits.
We'd like to reassure you that your interest will continue to be applied in line with this process while transfers are underway, and delay's aren't caused by holding onto funds unnecessarily. If your transfer has taken longer than expected, we'd really encourage you to contact our service team directly, so we can look into your specific case.

I have had a few accounts with Paragon and have always found it very easy to open these on line and they are easy to deal with. Their interest rates are also usually competitive so I have no complaints.
