Super easy-going and friendly comunication. Full help before arriving and during a stay in Paraguay. Guys are very flexible and fast when you have a only minimum days to apply, visits. All this for very nice prices for their service. Best company for your plan B
Odletěl jsem vyřizovat narychlo, hned jak jsem se shodou okolností seznámil s kamarádem, který vše absolvoval před půl rokem. U něho jsem viděl, že vše reálně funguje.
Vše proběhlo podle dohody a časového plánu v 10 dnech včetně cestování. Takže za mě fajn tým, důvěra. Kdyby někdo plánoval cestu na příští rok, můžeme eventuálně podniknout spolu.

I got the cedula officially and everything checks out. There were several months of delays due to the government, but I imagine it would have taken much longer on my own. Also certain details weren't communicated 100% but that's why we must ask clarifying questions. All in all everything worked out just fine in the end. I'd recommend them.

You’re absolutely right that there were delays during the ID issuance phase. Unfortunately, this affected several thousand applicants across Paraguay at the time and was entirely on the government side. Processing times and issuance timelines are ultimately controlled exclusively by the immigration and identification authorities, not by intermediaries or relocation providers.
That said, I appreciate your perspective that doing the process alone would likely have been significantly more difficult and time-consuming.
We also take your feedback regarding communication seriously. Since your process, we’ve rebuilt our entire website from scratch and created a much more extensive FAQ section together with multiple in-depth informational articles that explain the whole residency process step-by-step and in far greater detail. We’ve also significantly improved and streamlined the onboarding process itself.
We fully understand that this process can be information-heavy and sometimes overwhelming, especially because every client’s situation is slightly different. I was satisfied with the services. I wanted to arrange temporary residency, and everything went smoothly, exactly as I had been informed in advance. I received a list of the documents I needed to prepare, including information on where to obtain them. First of all, having a system of verification & authentication like this is very important for easing the process.
I believe Kuba, Lorenzo & Lionel did an excellent job of setting expectations & following through. However, at times it can be difficult to trust the process as a first time customer because you have no real assurances along the way. Many times it felt like it just came down to a matter of trust. I hope reviews like this can help that..
Their team did the following very well:
- Documentation review & feedback
- Communication, understanding & willingness to work with my schedule
- Command of multiple languages for very smooth translation
- Solid connections with key people & businesses which makes the process smoother
- I believe their pricing & service is very fair
- Seem like very good people that are very easy to connect with
- Set & met realistic expectations so all had a fair understanding of how to proceed
Some areas that could be improved:
- Building trust prior to traveling to the country. To be honest, I’m not exactly sure how this can be done well. But I feel like this is the biggest hurdle for this type of business. It’s a big ask of someone to share personal documentation, spend the necessary money & meet previously unknown people in a previously unknown country. To me, I feel like this was my only hang up during the process.
Overall, these guys really did a great job! To be transparent, I haven’t yet received my documents but will be sure to update the review once I do. Should be another month or two. Thanks again guys..
