Thought it was strange when I was given this link to track my package I ordered from another country. Took me a couple of weeks to put 2 and 2 together. Information shown is fake, tracking history is fake. Item never came through, company never responded to any emails. Had to claim money back through PayPal.

Parcelsapp.com is not good. Parcelsapp is a fake, do not believe the positive reviews. Tracking service Parcelsapp.com is a scam to lead you on, contact PayPal.com immediately. Parcelsapp.com is not Parcelapp.com. Your email will be used to send fake messages about your purchase and location of package including asking for postage due. The real tracking service UPS.com will make three attempts to deliver, including a postcard with instructions.

ce site est nul... je devais être livré le 1 juin et aujourd'hui le 2 juin aucune nouvelle et quand je consulte le suivi il est marqué mis en livraison au 2 JUILLET...!!!

I have been using this site for more than one year. The information was always accurate. It's the best tracking site I have ever used.

Pulls tracking numbers from shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) and shows them all in one place.

Ignore the reviews saying "it's showing fake data", this app has nothing to do with the shipping companies themselves. Yes, mail is still getting lost/delayed after over a year of pandemic, but don't shoot the messenger for that.

I have ordered from Alibaba.com and the supplier has shipped the goods via Alibaba Economy Express shipping. I believe it went via "Wish Post", which worried me first.
However on this app, my shipping id is being updated, both with China Post and Australia Post.
To be sure, I logged into the "Australia Post" website to track my number. I would never doubt the official Australia Post tracking site.
It shows my parcel ID found and as being "on its way".
In conclusion, the parcelsapp.com application is showing accurate information in my case.
As someone else said, it might depend on the courier used by the supplier.
But it is definitely not a scam in my case.
I have not received my shipment yet... It is not due for another 2 to 3 weeks and I might revise this review then. But for now, it is a 5/5 star accuracy.

This company is just a tracking company and not responsible for the shipping! People who are rating this poorly are too stupid to understand that and cannot appreciate how well this works. It draws on the tracking information of ALL the individual companies responsible for your parcels - so if you're looking at international parcels it will give you tracking information from the country of origin's shipper to the country of destination's shipper. It is fast, reliable and great for people who are OCD and like to obsessively check the status of their packages.

Please stop leaving poor reviews because you do not understand how this works. Educate yourselves people.

Parcelsapp is a tracking service not a shipping service. Everyone here is dumb. You're all taking it out on the wrong company, if a seller gives you a code to here it's still from a different shipping company, their tracking is more detailed than usps or fedex. It sometimes updates a few hours ahead too. I like how it saves my codes so I don't have to copy them from emails or websites I order from. It's also mid pandemic. Unfortunately a package my aunt sent me took over a month to get here despite her living 6 hours away because FedEx kept losing it or transporting it to other facilities. I could see everything faster here. All packages are backed up like 2 weeks for fedex. Even Amazon is backed up.

This site is just fake - the updates change just to give you hope so you don't open a dispute on paypal. My package never arrived as it was never sent.

Anyone giving this site more than a 1 star is not being truthful. They are working with fake internet companies communicating fake delivery dates just to keep the customer thinking they will receive their package. NO LEGITIMATE SHIPPING COMPANY SHIFTS THE DELIVERY DATE OUT A COUPLE MORE DAYS DAILY FOR WEEKS ON END... THEY ARE TRYING TO GIVE CUSTOMERS FALSE HOPE THEY WILL RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE. GUESSING THE FAKE COMPANY CLAIMING TO SHIP PRODUCT TO YOU AND PARCELSAPP ARE ONE IN THE SAME.

I think the others writing these reviews are legitimately retarted, it's a tracking service, not a shipping service, parcel app just shows the information given by the people shipping your package, if that information is false it's not their fault it's the fault of the carriers. I've used this thing for ages the fact that people are mindless enough to blame a tracker for their packages being stuck or lost in transit is ridiculous.

Non male come riscontro per i pacchi che uno deve ricevere, qualche errore lo fa.. Si può migliorare però dai 4 stelle per spedizioni ricevuto in Italia se lo merita.

Very fake. Works together with fake webshops as electrorepven. If you receive a track and trace for this, than it is fake for sure.

FAKE! If you receive a tracking number and it takes you to Parcelsapp.com, you've been scammed! Contact your bank to deny charges immediately! You will not receive your order. Placed an order 32 days ago the app showed the package went from India to Singapore & then to Germany. Stayed there for 3 weeks. Then I was told it was stuck in Germany & would have to be reshipped. FYI, your tracking # should be a VALID USPS tracking #

This parcelapp is a fake! and the companies how send it to you are fake, too!
