I signed up for the Little Humans, Big Lessons course to learn more about my parenting and help me to better understand the needs of my three, very different, children. What I found in Heidi and the course was exceptional. Not only did Heidi provide so many great ideas and insights into the struggles of parenting, she was brilliant on flipping things around and really challenging the why things were happening and how our own experiences can often shape our parenting. The group coaching aspect was invaluable, even if it wasn’t your turn to be coached, listening to other parents having similar experiences was really helpful. Everyone was super friendly and supportive and it just felt like everyone ‘got it.’ Heidi was brilliant at keeping everyone on track whilst holding space for our own big emotions, and had a really wonderful, supportive style that made everyone open up and feel at ease sharing some really quite difficult parenting experiences. I came away from the 8 week course feeling calmer, happier and definitely being kinder to myself. Thank you Heidi. 100% recommended!

Heidi is a fantastic coach! During her 'Little Humans, Big Lessons' course I learnt so much, and she was amazing at creating a safe space for us to share our approaches, thoughts and feelings within the weekly themes/content.

This course taught me so much about myself, my children, their brain development, and most importantly my own triggers.
The group was so supportive and the content was a good balance of being enough - but not too consuming for a working mother.
