while the experience was great online, we were ticketed at the lot. I went through the dispute process and got resolved but that doesnt excuse the experience. fix the online to lot attendant process.

Why is online limited to hours when early bird at the kiosk will get you time into the next morning. 9.00 vs 11.65 or something like that. Should be the same low rate.

No issues whatsoever.
We got there. Plenty of spots to choose from. There was also a guy watching the lot. I came back and my vehicle was still there and not messed with. What more could you ask for? If I'm in this part of Cincinnati again, I will definitely use them again.
Highly recommended.

App is very awkward to use
App is very awkward to use, it's hard to find what you need. Hard to look up the right lot. And it cost me $3 more than paying with a credit card which I tried first, but the machine refused to read my card. I like to use this particular lot and glad to see it is under new? different? ownership, but the app was a PITA. Tried to set it up in advance, but could not. Wouldn't even let me set up an account or store a credit card unless I was in the process of buying parking. Worst parking app I've used so far, most others have been simple and intuitive. A poor experience all around and took up way too much time to get set up and pay on the spot when I was trying to make it to my destination on time.

Confusing rates and options
The first time I parked here overnight it was easy - a $15 flat fee. The next night I tried to do the same and I was only given the option to pay the "overnight" rate of $7, but that meant I had to be out by 4:00 AM! So I had to reserve another block of time to get me to 10:30 AM and that was $20!! This makes no sense to me. For those prices I could have used the valet service at my hotel.

No attendant at the lot
When we pulled up to the lot, there was no one there to accept our parking pass we bought. Luckily, I had printed one off as well as had it on my phone. I put the piece of paper in my dash and hoped our car was not towed while at our event.
