Offensichtlicher Betrug!
Leider sind auch wir dieser ominösen Firma auf den Leim gegangen. Ich hoffe mein Beitrag kann helfen, dass andere nicht den selben Fehler begehen.
Wie schon beschrieben in anderen Erfahrungsberichten, bucht diese Firma ein weiteres Mal den Betrag für den selben Artikel ab, den Sie garnicht (wissentlich) bestellt haben.
Dies geschieht auf perfide Weise, aber zumindest bin ich nun wieder etwas schlauer.
Die meisten werden wahrscheinlich wie ich per PayPal bezahlen. Dazu muss man wissen, dass wenn man einer Firma den Betrag bezahlt diese bei Ihrem PayPal-Konto auf "Einzugsverfahren AKTIV" gesetzt wird. Das bedeutet, sollten sie bei dieser Firma nochmals eine Bestellung aufgeben ist KEINE Legitimierung per PayPal notwendig. Genau das macht sich diese Firma zu Nutzen. Wenn Sie einmal bestellt haben, bekommen Sie wie üblich eine Mail. In dieser steht jetzt aber : "Bestellung abschliessen". Klicken Sie auf diesen Link, bestellen Sie automatisch den selben Artikel ein zweites Mal. Da PayPal die Zahlungsanweisung binnen Minuten weiterleitet ist eine Stornierung über PayPal nicht oder nur zeitlich sehr beschränkt möglich.
Ich habe dann per E-Mail storniert, worauf mir mitgeteilt wurde, die Ware sei bereits versandt ( 45 Minuten nach Bestellung !! ).
Einen Tag später habe ich dann die Versand-Bestätigungsmail erhalten und einen weiteren Tag später zeigt die Sendungsverfolgung, dass die Ware immer noch beim Versender liegt.
Also für mich ist das Lug und Betrug!
Die "nette" Dame vom support schreibt dann weiterhin, dass es "kein Problem" ist die Ware wieder zurückzusenden und sie sogar die Portokosten übernommen werden. Wiederum eine Lüge! Sie müssten das Paket nach Dubai schicken (ca. 15.- €) und nachdem in deren "Richtlinien" steht, dass sie nicht für den Erhalt der Ware garantieren können, kann man sich leicht ausrechnen, was passieren wird sollte man eine Rücksendung veranlassen.
Ich hoffe es fällt keiner mehr auf diese perfide Masche rein!

Palmtrade sent a confirmation with products I did not order. The total amount was twice as high as for my choosed product. I tried to cancel the order one minute after I got the confirmation, but was not accepted. The help center told me, that this happens very often, this is a bug in the homepage. They took my money for the whole package and told me not to worry, because after arrive they would help me to send back. In my mind this ist cheating. Not important if the product will work! Now I am waiting since 11 days, but goods did not arrive! Never again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY THIEVES AND LIARS HOW DARE THEY STEAL PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY SHAME ON YOU CAUSING SUICIDE

Verdacht auf Betrug!

Sobald man eine Bestellung vorgenommen hat, werden im gleichen Zug weitere Bestellungen eingestellt und per Einzug Geld eingezogen, ohne dass dieser Kauf von einem legitimiert wurde.

Selbst, als dies umgehend bemerkt wurde und gleich, ca 2 Minuten später, über die Seite die Stornierung vorsorglich angefragt hat hieß es, dass der Versand schon erfolgt sei und eine Stornierung daher nicht möglich. Eine so schnelle Logistik? Respekt.

Meines Erachtens ein absolutes, unseriöse Geschäft. Ich will verbrecherische Machenschaften nicht unterstellen,.

Finger weg!!!

Every company has a return policy. Parmtrade has one just to lure customers into buying their products. After my experience I can’t say for sure that the company is legitimate. This is because their postal address is not traceable and incomplete in purpose. I tried to return their products but a total of 5 different post office refused to take the package because of the postal address. STAY AWAY !!! Not worthy

Auf der Internetseite ist kein Widerruf Button zu finden.
Ferner werden Bestellungen von einem Anbieter zum anderen geschoben damit kein Ansprechpartner da ist.

If I could give this company lower reviews I would, I ordered one box and they took £57 , I got hold of the company within minutes of ordering and seeing what had happened, they refused to cancel my orders. This is a scam company.. beware people

Absolutely terrible what a con the website invite you to trial products at reduced prices then when you buy the price triples and they refuse to cancel order as say they despatch immediately won’t allow returns a rip off avoid at all costs

Ordered 3 boxes at £17.99 special offer when I got the bill they had taken &47 and then another £57 for another three boxes to which I didn’t order PLEASE PEOPLE READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANYlook as has it I’ve contacted my bank and said it was fraud what they had done and they also had put me on a subscription for some more so they have stopped it hopefully will get my money back

Shocking fraudulence and misselling
Shocking fraudulence and misselling. At 9.09 am, I bought 3 packs of slim Coffee on a 70% off offer of £17.99 but the moment i clicked pay i was charged £57.92: nowhere on their website was this amount mentioned, nor did I click on anything to authorise it. In addition, they signed me up for automatic subscription and renewal of payment, with no way to manage or cancel. This is dishonest sales tactic. I wrote to them immediately, both my email and vis paypal, asking a complete refund and cancellation. They got back instantly saying they had already posted the products (4 minutes after I clicked the order button!) and could not cancel or refund but could offer me an £11 compensation. This is derisory. I disagreed and have opened a case with paypal. Subsequently, at 9.38, I got an email from Wellaray saying they were 'preparing my order' (so the message from earlier on the paypal site claiming they had already posted the packs was clearly false), and trying to sell me yet more products. I have had no reply to my formal complaint and request by email to the email they provide. Paypal have, thank God, cancelled my ongoing subscription but are waiting to hear about cancellation. This is a scandalous scam targeting women desperate to lose weight. Inhuman, dishonest and fraudulent. Avoid like the plague.

More than 5 hours later, now, I have received an email from MIa, apoloigising, but claiming that £17.99 was the price for 1 packet but I ordered 3. I ordered 3 which was clearly labelled (as shown by screenshot I sent them) as an offer at £17.99. She says it has now been shipped so I have to wait till it arrives and then return it. From other reviews here, I see that they make return well nigh impossible. And that it can take up to a month for the item to arrive. I will be away in the US for a whole month starting 1 September so it looks like I will lose my unauthorised £57.92. The bank can only consider a dispute after the money has been taken, as I did authorise a payment (albeit of £17.99). So they got back within a minute of my first letter, saying they had already posted the product - patently untrue as I wrote within minutes of getting the order confirmation with the unauthorised amount. Then they sent me an email saying they were preparing my order, completely ignoring my complaint and request for cancellation, and then 5 hours later they use the shipping as an excuse to deny me a cancellation or refund upfront. No words. I will be looking into whether one can complain to trading standards or any equivalent ombudsman if they don't refund me and cancel the order soon.

For anyone else wasting their day fighting these scammers, their webpage for this product clearly states this:
"This is a one-time purchase only!
You won’t receive any additional charges in future months - no recurring billing or hidden fees. When you’re ready to order again, simply visit our website."

But they signed me and hundreds of others on for automatic monthly renewals.

Definitely took two payments out the same day both sums were not the figure for what i thought i was purchasing. Contacted paypal think i cancelled automatic payments which i didnt even set up. Paypal sent usual generic unhelpful message so contacted bank as well. Does anyone get their money back or any goods?

This company must be avoided at all costs. Blatant fraudulent activity at payment process. I ordered 1 box, but somehow they increased this to a further 3 boxes.
Contacted them immediately and I received a reply with some rubbish about their system sometimes doing strange things and not to worry about, they completely ignored me and the fact they had fraudulently took £47.97 from my bank account.Have contacted PayPal who must be aware of this scam operating.

Scam. Unauthorized order size increase during payment process and unauthorised auto-pay.
Parmtrade bot replied that the order could not be cancelled because shipment was instantaneously although they never could produce shipment records. PayPal investigated the fraud and refunded the money.

Abzocker Firma.
Beim Bestellvorgang wird man immer aufgefordert noch mal mehr und mehr zu bestellen. Wenn man das nicht tut, wird die Kohle vom ersten Bestellvorgang über PayPal eingezogen, die Ware wird aber nicht verschickt. Der Bestellvorgang ist ja "noch nicht abgeschlossen".

Ich bin dann in den Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice, wo man sich eine Woche dumm gestellt hat, angeblich trotz PayPal Transaktionsnummer und der eigenen Bestellnummer die Bestellung nicht nachvollziehbar war und deswegen keine Rückerstattung veranlassen konnte (ja, klar).

Eine Woche nach meiner ersten Mail hat man mir jetzt mitgeteilt, dass man nicht rückerstatten könnte, die Ware sei auf dem Weg.
Der erste Status der Bestellung ist eine ganze Woche jünger als meine erste Mail, die Bestellung und Bezahlung ist bereits vom 26.07.26

Ich empfehle: Finger weg.

Dishonest company. Upsold silently so I ended up paying for 5 instead of 2. Immediately let them know
but apparently too late to stop shipping - untrue as their records later told me it was shipped the next day. Tried to offer discounts instead of refund. Eventually offered full refund but in fact didn’t refund whole amount as I had to pay for shipping. Also refused to pay return shipping. Not to be trusted

It seems that what happened to me has happened to lots of others tried to purchase a single box but then see I have not only been charged fir that I have a second purchase for 3 additional boxes. I have emailed the support and we will see how that goes.

Like others I ordered 1 item and was invoiced for 2. Bombarded by pop ups which made it difficult to return to original order and somehow this 2nd order/payment was transacted via paypal without my agreement. Contacted them immediately to be told order had already been shipped - did not believe them. Also this is a chinese company which does not appear anywhere nor the shipping times. Raised a dispute now with paypal. Avoid at all costs I am at a loss to know how they get away with this blatant fraudulent activity.

Save yourself grief and dont deal with this company and its 'names/products' like bandoo, orivelle and I got shammed with halogrow.

I ordered two items and like the other reviewer, an invoice popped up with a third item added that I had not ordered. There were no instructions for deleting this unwanted item and very quickly the invoice disappeared to be replaced with a PayPal notice saying I’d been charged for the lot! More than double what I’d expected. I contacted my bank, PayPal and the company at once. I’m nearly eighty and on a limited income. BEWARE of this company. Their website is designed to leech money from you at speed in a confusing manner and claims to have packed and posted “your” order, (which therefore cannot be changed), within moments of your having money taken for things you don’t want, as well as those you ordered. Customer service is trite and unhelpful, just a silly patter. I am now left without sufficient money to get through to my pension day. Dreadful people.

I ordered two items from them...a third was added by them, so I immediately cancelled. They kept saying they couldn't find my order and would not cancel the transaction. It has taken about 15 emails and immense frustration to get a refund. Do NOT deal with this firm!
