Ordered a new clutch for my Husqvarna tractor, but upon receipt found it was incompatible. Contacted P.D. and after confirming it was the wrong one, they immediately sent me a return slip for shipping. Upon their receipt of the return, they fully credited my account. Very responsive, very professional, better than I expected. Highly recommend this company.
