Particula Tech is a boutique AI engineering firm. We build custom AI systems and put them into production on our clients' own infrastructure: on-premise, self-hosted, and air-gapped when the data requires it. Most AI projects stall after the demo. Ours are only finished when the system runs on your hardware, your team uses it every day, and it is still in production a year later. That is the standard we hold every engagement to, and we report results as business numbers rather than model scores. We work in four areas: AI development, AI research, AI consulting, and AI training. Alongside client work we build and run our own self-hosted products and language models, so the tooling we recommend is tooling we operate ourselves. Four commitments apply to every engagement. Senior engineers do the work, including the first call, with no handoff to junior teams after the pitch. Knowledge transfers with the code, so your team can run the system without ongoing dependency on us. Confidentiality is standard, with mutual NDAs before anything specific is discussed. And you get an honest no. Our audits end in a build-or-skip verdict, and when AI is the wrong tool for the problem, you hear it in the first 30 minutes.

Exceptional engineering partner for complex AI platform development.

Working with Particula Tech on the development of our AI platform, AlterPlot.ai, was an exceptionally smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Their engineering team demonstrated deep technical expertise, successfully implementing complex AI logic and seamless API integrations with high code quality. Throughout the project, communication was clear, proactive, and transparent, ensuring every milestone was completed on schedule. The final code handover and repository transfer were executed flawlessly, leaving us with a secure, robust, and scalable foundation for growth.

Our legacy migration had gone sideways…

Our legacy migration had gone sideways with another company and we were kind of panicking. I saw one of Sebastian's posts, we had a couple of calls, and decided to work with Particula. They untangled the mess and got us live without the drama we'd had before. Very calm engineers, no ego, they just got it done. We've used them twice since. It's pricey, but it's worth it.

Went in with a spec we were pretty…

Went in with a spec we were pretty proud of and figured they'd just build it. They didn't. They poked holes in a couple of our decisions that honestly would've come back to bite us. Bit humbling. But what we got back is something our devs can actually maintain instead of a pile nobody wants to touch six months later. Glad they said something instead of just billing us.

What I appreciated most was they didn't…

What I appreciated most was they didn't just nod and build whatever we asked for. We had a spec ready to go and they came back with legit pushback on a couple things that would've screwed us later. Ended up with something way better than what we spec'd and our devs can actually maintain it without wanting to quit. They saved us from ourselves.
