I have just completed my level 4 lead practitioner in adult care with Sarah. The course it's self was easy to navigate and I enjoyed it. I found juggling work, family and also health issues hard but somehow managed it. The end point assessment for me was one of the kost nerve racking things ive had to do. But I managed it and passed my course. Very happy with my new skills xx

I completed my Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard through Partnership Training, and I can confidently say that my tutor, Amy, made the entire experience exceptional.

Amy went far beyond the role of a tutor. She became a vital part of my support network and someone I trusted as a professional confidant. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand me as an individual—not just as a learner—which completely transformed my apprenticeship experience.

She created a safe and supportive space where I could celebrate my achievements and resilience, but also be honest about challenges and frustrations. I always felt truly heard, my experiences were validated, and Amy consistently supported me to think creatively and push through both professional and personal barriers.

What stood out most was her dedication. I never once dreaded a session—in fact, I looked forward to them. Amy was always approachable, flexible, and willing to adapt her teaching style to suit how I learn best. Nothing ever felt like a “tick-box exercise”; everything was meaningful, personalised, and genuinely focused on my development.

Because of Amy’s guidance, encouragement, and belief in me, I didn’t just complete my qualification—I grew in confidence, resilience, and professional ability.

I cannot recommend Amy or Partnership Training highly enough. She is an absolute asset to the organisation, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her as my tutor.

I have felt very supported throughout my training and I feel Chloe has been amazing as my tutor to help me feel very prepared with my Level 4 EPA. I cant Thank Chloe enough for all the work she has done to help me succeed throughout my training.

I started my training with them last year and I've been privileged to be assigned an amazing tutor who's kind, supportive,with a good listening ear,very encouraging..she and some of the team are so wonderful!!

The support I received from my assessor Clare Wilson was fantastic, she utilised my experiences and adapted my learning to suit my needs ensuring I remained engaged and was very approachable throughout the course!

I just want to take a moment to express how truly grateful I am for my tutor, Stephanie Howarth. Throughout my Level 4 qualification, she has been an incredible source of support, encouragement, and belief.

There were times when I genuinely doubted myself and felt like I wouldn’t be able to complete the course or pass my exams. During those moments, Stephanie never gave up on me. She consistently reassured me, motivated me, and helped me see my own potential, even when I couldn’t see it myself.

Her patience, guidance, and dedication made such a difference to my journey. She took the time to explain things clearly, supported me when I struggled, and celebrated my progress along the way. Because of her, I was able to push through my doubts and keep going.

I truly believe I wouldn’t have achieved this without her support. Stephanie has not only helped me succeed academically but has also helped build my confidence in myself.

I undertook my Level 5 Leader in Adult Care with Partnership Training, my course tutor (Helen Adams) was brilliant and supported me throughout to achieve a distinction. Helen made the course manageable and shared her experiences to ensure that I got the best out of the course and she got the best out of me. Thank you :-)

I have recently completed my Level 4 Children, young people and families practitioner EPA. I thoroughly enjoyed this course, even though at times managing the workload, a family of my own and a full time role within a busy home was a challenge.

My tutor Chloe Hughes has been extremely supportive throughout my experience. She encouraged me to push my knowledge, resulting in a triple distinction which was a fabulous result. A huge thank you to Chloe 😊

Kaidy & partnership training Ltd have been amazing this last year , step by step helped me through my exams & worked me through my course work . What a great experience while working with you

I did a level 4 diploma and Amy Poynton was my tutor during it. Amy was very supportive and knowledgeable. I felt confident in asking her questions when i found some parts of it difficult and she always had a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping me with my progress. Without her constant support there is no way I would have achieved my distinction.
