Jonah was excellent it helped me find parts for my flash forge creator Pro. They are my go to for anything 3-D printing related. Jonah was very helpful and help me figure out how to repair my flash forge. They'd never made me feel like I was wasting their time. I would strongly recommend them.

I really like working with Partsbuilt. They ship fast and have many Prusa parts in stock that would be very expensive to buy directly from Prusa due to the overseas shipping.
