So here is how it works: You order an item it tells you in how many days you should receive it.
You don't receive it.
So you call, after pressing few buttons , all prompts end with a recording that they do not answer calls, COVID
So you try to trace it, there is no record of your purchase, other than a confirmation of your payment. No information of status or expected arrival.
So you send them an email, same thing, due to blah blah blah we are experiencing VERY LONG response times. Then , there is an information that you can cancel your order and get a refund.
Seems it is nothing else but a money borrowing scheme without paying any interest. What else could it be?

I LOVE parts select! I have used them for 3 washing machine repairs now. The part numbers I needed were easy to find and the parts were the right parts when I installed them. The parts were delivered as fast as Amazom prime and the installation videos are great!

Horrible shipping practice and poor…
Horrible shipping practice and poor customer service. While my address was correct on the invoice and my confirmation email, it was not printed correctly on the shipping label and was returned to sender as a phone number was also missing. When I called for a resolution they suggested I re-order as there was no problem with my address and the same thing happened a second time. I called again and was assured they could confirm my address but the order was returned to sender again. I have not been refunded for either order.

We had ordered a part from them. Is not the right one they say we can retur it. We had returned the part ans they decides not to credit us they are keeping the part. I can't believe it. What a bunch of thieves. They will resale it for sure.

My old dryer start knob broke and after buying twice on Amazon.ca from two different sellers and not receiving the right knob from them (quite frustrating and time consuming), it was only with PartSelect.ca that I was able to get the right knob sent. I ordered 3 items for my dishwasher
I ordered 3 items for my dishwasher. Upon arrival 1 of the items was not what I had ordered. Reached out by phone and was told to send back the item to the nearest fed ex. Then was told I would receive the item I originally ordered in a few days. I returned the incorrect item and few days after that i received the item I originally ordered. They told me it would not cost anything for this inconvenience of incorrect order. I have made 3 calls since because they charged me again. Still waiting for that refund. Not happy with this service.
They harrass my family
They harrass my family. They wont make their callers stop calling my house and their callers block their numbers so you cant stop them. They refuse you a supervisor and hang up on you. Lousy company to deal with. Their operators lie amd say they are not with the BBB but i found very negative reviews about them there. Stop calling and harrassing my family. My family tried to ask you to stop and you refuse so enjoy your review. I wouldnt even leave you a one if I had a choice. You deserve no stars. What you need to do to stop calling and harrassing my family. If we wanted new applicances we would go to the store but we dont so stop harrassing my family weekly. Were sick and tired of asking your c9mpany to stop having unscrupulous companies call on their behalf. This is a horriblr company to deal with. Do yourself a favor. Dont! Go somewhere else. I will be filing with the BBB.

I'm thrilled! The part arrived the day after ordering by Purolator. It's the exact part. I watched their video but decided to slide it out through the door opening. I had it replaced in five minutes and it worked PERFECT! I saved myself a lot of money.

Nothing Easy About My Experience - Lousy, Frusterating Customer Experience
I ordered a left and right dishwasher door hinge. Shipping was very fast. Hinges arrived undamaged but lose in boxes - zero packaging! They sent 2 right hinges and no lefts. I called the help line and after 15 minutes on hold finally got to speak to someone. The person on the phone was friendly. (Email response typically takes over a day to get a reply - sometimes a couple days). They promised a refund for the wrong part, and I had to order the part again. I got the bill, and the re-order came from another website (PartSelect) and it cost more from what I had ordered from "Easy Appliance" site. Obviously they operate at least these 2 sites simultaneously, which is fine - if they were competent enough to keep them separate. Anyways, the new part arrived - same problem - zero packaging, and it's yet another right hinge! Make that 3 right hinges, 0 lefts.
I was promised another refund - and that they would get back to me after checking with the warehouse to see what was going wrong. (Which never happened) After that phone call it took several days to get an email just saying that I would be getting a refund. It's now been over 2 weeks since my first order, and I have seen none of my money back on my credit card other then refunding the shipping on my replacement part and fixing their billing screwup. As of now I had to buy 3 hinges, and have received 3 of the same hinge. I ended up buying the part from another company.
I have also requested a return on a part and have received zero correspondence confirming that will happen.
Pay a bit more and go with a company who cares about you. There is no way that is should take over 2 weeks to receive a refund on something that is entirely their fault. Completely unacceptable. Everything is so dragged out with these guys - no urgency. I hope they make things right - but at this point I'm kind of relieved if I don't get totally screwed over.
