Really helpful company that helped me identify the right PCB for my Samsung washing machine and then quickly supplied it. I got the machine working again for £70 rather than sending it to the tip as otherwise it would not have been economical to repair. Really recommend this company.

I was very pleased to find this company supplying refurbished PCBs to try to keep our washing machine going rather than consigning it to the scrap heap. However unfortunately my experience of their customer services is really poor to the point that I would rather pay three times the price to another company. The website suggests next day delivery is an option on contacting them so I filled out the online form last night hoping to hear from them this morning (five adults back from holiday with lots of washing and dead machine). At 10am I called and was told the person responsible had just popped out of the office so gave my contact details again and asked roughly when I might hear back - can't tell you but will pass on. I waited to hear back. By 12:30 no reply so called again and was told the person has the details but can't tell me when I might hear back despite it being for a next day delivery item. 'I'm only the receptionist I'm not sure what you want me to do'... 'Hopefully tell me I'll hear back in the next hour or so?'. 'I can't tell you when you will hear back'. 'That's a shame as I will end up taking my order to a company that can confirm delivery next day'. 'Shall I remove you from the enquiry list then?'....!

Hopefully mine just a bad experience with a very cold receptionist - but sadly this gave the impression to me that they have no interest in customer service or even in doing business!

Excellent vendor... quick, very polite and efficient.
I made mistake with payment and order, but with their support we managed it in magnificient way.

For sure I'll buy again from this vendor.

I found the cheapest example of my cooker's timer clock on the Parts International site. Despite my having problems with the PayPal checkout, I was able to phone after 9 in the evening and a lady went and looked to see if they had the part and took my payment over the phone.

She was unsure whether she would be able to send the next day as she was then "on an island" due to flooding caused by Tropical Storm Bertha. But she must have got it out (First Class) the next day as it arrived the morning after.

All in all absolutely brilliant service from a small personal business who turned out to be fairly local to me, and I have now been able to install this genuine original part and get my wife's oven back working again. It won't operate without the clock!
