I was initially suspicious about the universal 5 star ratings Pasks has… too good to be true? Not so! Read a bunch of recommendations on Reddit and went with them. 3 bed flat to a 3 bed house in North London. Initial interactions and quoting etc was a dream process - all over WhatsApp, speedy responses. We got the packing service - a team came today beforehand and packed everything carefully and conscientiously. Then the move happened next day - delightful group of guys, most of which know each other well. Really good communications and management on the day. Not a single break or scratch that we have found yet! Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but well worth it and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, accommodating and fast service

Our experience with Pask's was absolutely brilliant and completely stress-free from start to finish. The process of getting a date booked in was incredibly easy, with excellent and responsive guidance from Josh, who was flexible in accommodating. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which gave us a lot of confidence leading up to the move.

On the day of the move, the entire team was excellent. They arrived punctually and brought a great deal of energy and expertise to the job, which made a potentially stressful day much easier. The movers were professional and took great care with all of our belongings, wrapping everything meticulously. They made the whole moving day a smooth experience. We were very impressed and would highly recommend them!

We were so impressed by Pask’s Removals. They brought huge energy and a sense of fun, as well as great professionalism, to what could have been a very stressful move. Their communications were great, from the first WhatsApp to the guys who gave me a lift on moving day itself and interacted beautifully with our children. All in all, a very impressive and vibrant removal company. We’re very glad we chose them and would recommended them wholeheartedly.

Brilliant experience with these guys - we did packing and moving with them - the whole experience was fast and very painless - from the quotes, invoicing, managing parking issues as they came up-the guys were super careful with our stuff and really friendly and pleasant to work with. Wow !! I was recommended by a friend who had used them and they didn't disappoint, what a service!! I am not sure how they do it but it's slick, organised and fantastic communication. The team on the day made a stressful process actually bearable and dare I say it fun. Everything arrived perfectly and I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Lewis and the team were incredible in all aspects of our move. They brought energy, expertise and laughs the whole day and took such care with our belongings. I had a great experience with Pask's. Communication ahead of the move was easy and Josh was really responsive to all my questions. The team who did the packing were very efficient and did a great job keeping all my items organised and safe. On moving day, the crew were super friendly and professional. I had some tricky items of furniture to move, and my new house has a ton of narrow flights of stairs, but they never appeared daunted or anything less than upbeat. They made the experience as low-stress as a move can be! I'll definitely hire Pask's again for my next move.

Pask’s was excellent. We had a difficult move ahead of us, packing and moving our disabled elderly parents, and from the first moment, Josh was responsive, clear, and thoughtful. He got us a great quote super quickly and we that’s exactly what we ended up paying. The packing and moving teams were kind and understanding and did a brilliant job - no complaints whatsoever. Pask were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, from the in-person survey and communication leading up to the move right through to the move day where they quickly and efficiently managed our relocation from South London to Hastings. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The guys from Pask's recently helped my wife and I move in to our central London terraced house, and I am extremely pleased we went with them. Superb service, and would honestly recommend them to anyone. The guys did everything efficiently, safely, and everything arrived to our new home in one piece.

The thing that really differentiated the Pask's team from others we have used in the past was their very clear communication through the process, to us and amongst themselves. We knew what was happening at each stage, and felt like we had some control as well, despite barely having to do anything. Shout out to Lewis for managing it so methodically, and all the guys for their hard work and playing furniture Tetris on a narrow staircase.

I’d seen all the glowing reviews for Pasks and wondered if they might be too good to be true, but they absolutely lived up to every word. From the outset, the service was impeccable. Communication with Josh was top-notch; he was incredibly responsive, flexible with our shifting move dates, and answered every question I had. Major bonus points for setting up a WhatsApp channel from the start - it made everything so quick and easy.

The packing team were nothing short of superhuman. Four amazing women packed up our entire three-bedroom flat in just four hours. They were kind, thoughtful, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was packed just the way we wanted. They made what could have been a stressful task feel calm and even enjoyable.

Then came moving day, and wow, just wow. A massive thank you to Joba, Luke, Bode, Yassin, Joel, Ron, and Lewis. These guys were phenomenal. The teamwork, care, and sheer hard work they brought to the day was something to behold. They treated every single item with care, handled complex dismantling and reassembly effortlessly, and navigated our awkward new house with skill and patience. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 6pm without ever losing their energy or good humour.

What could have been a chaotic, emotional day turned into something genuinely memorable, and that’s entirely down to the incredible team. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use Pasks again. They were simply fantastic -professional, personable, and a joy to have around on moving day.

I've moved a lot over my life and can easily say Pask were the best movers I've ever had. Arrived on time, incredibly friendly and were flexible during what was a stressful day of completion. It was like having friends help you move. Oh and nothing broke and they disassembled and reassembled a few big items.

Couldn't recommend them more. They made everything seamless and we're the absolute best.
