I have been on Etsy for 6 years but last year I signed up for the Passive Earners Society and received my own coach. I have been more than 100% satisfied with all the help my coach Chelsea has provided. Not only do I get the one on one coaching with her (which I really look forward to) but I have learned so much from watching the other coaches videos as well. Ideas to help me improve my listings and get more traffic to my shop. Thank you to everyone in the program. If you haven't taken the steps to join this is the perfect time.

When I joined Passive Earners Society, I was looking for a roadmap to help me build my Etsy shop, and that's exactly what I found. The curriculum is packed with valuable information, step-by-step guidance, and actionable strategies that take the guesswork out of getting started.

What I've appreciated most is the depth of the training and the supportive community. I've learned so much about Etsy, print-on-demand, design, marketing, and running an online business. The coaches and members genuinely want to see each other succeed.

While I'm still building my shop and working toward my goals, I have never felt discouraged. Every step of this journey has helped me grow as a business owner, and I continue to gain new skills and confidence along the way.

I've seen many members achieve incredible results, which reinforces my belief in the program and the process. For me, it's about staying consistent, continuing to learn, and finding the right audience for my products.

If you're willing to put in the work and follow the training, Passive Earners Society provides an incredible foundation for building an Etsy business.

Passive Earners Society has been a great program for me. It walks you through everything from the very beginning and provides a clear path to getting your Etsy business up and running.

Before joining, I purchased another Etsy course, but within my first month in Passive Earners Society, I had more sales than I did during six months with the other program. The training is thorough, easy to follow, and I still go back and review the lessons regularly.

The coaching and support are excellent, with multiple ways to get help when you need it. The community is encouraging, and the coaches are genuinely invested in helping members succeed.

That said, like any business, your results depend on the effort you put in. The tools, training, and support are all there—you still have to do the work. If you’re willing to put in the time and stay consistent, I believe this program is absolutely worth the investment.

I would definitely recommend Passive Earners Society to anyone looking to build and grow an Etsy business.

I am very new to PES and quite overwhelmed with the phone calls, email notifications, watching the replays and catching up with all the tutorials. The information is so valuable, and I get excited listening to Tanner as he makes it sound easy to accomplish. He does it in a peaceful and calming way, yet his passion comes through. This is all new to me selling on Etsy, but my vision looks much better than the craft fairs I was doing. Thank you all for sharing your comments, frustration and success and especially to Karrie who is an awesome coach. I know with her guidance I will make it.

There is a TON of helpful information, you can easily get feedback on your ideas and listings, and the coaches really care if you do well! Having the community celebrate with you is great, and being encouraged to follow through on your dreams is priceless!

I have just started the program, but so far I have learned a lot from the videos, and feel it is an uplifting experience. The jury is still out about the one on one coaching, I have not met my coach yet, I feel like 20 minutes might not be enough time, but we will see.

My Passive Earners Society's experience has been very positive. The tools are laid out for you to follow and use. The one on one coaching and video replays of group coaching are game changers.
It is up to me put the hard work in, the support is there if I need it and reach out for it.
PES has added a evening and weekend group coaching classes that have benificial to me because I work days and am unable to attend some of the day group coaching.
The one on one coaching is every other week for 20 minutes, I would love it to increase to 30 minutes to be able to dive deeper into my progress and action plans.
The staff are real down to earth people and truely care about their members. That's something money can't buy.

Really supportive and smart coaches! Quite a wealth of knowledge available with video trainings and recorded coaching calls....but, no sales, yet.... I continue to be positive and receptive after 6 months with the program.

I have enjoyed my experience so far with PES. It has taken longer than I expected, but my shop is finally starting to see some traction 9 months in. Some things to note are that I was switched to a different coach a few months in and wasn't really told why, and I felt like I did something wrong and it was my fault. I do agree with other people saying that the coaches have different opinions, and it gets confusing what to listen to. I also found that one coach didn't treat me like an adult and was very critical of me and my shop, which I get, it's their job, but could be a little nicer about it. I do feel like it has been hard to be as present with the program and involved with having a regular job, as it is impossible to attend the coaching calls live. I also know that this is a community and we are all to be friendly, but the things on Circle should generally stay business and related to the class, not about everyone's personal lives. Overall, the experience has been great. I love my current coach and all the support she gives, and I'm just waiting to get more sales and to have a successful shop.

I have been a member of PES for the past 12 months. I have mixed feelings about the company and their processes, but I am writing this because otherwise, I miss out on a VIP group coaching call with the owner. On a positive note: I really, really like all the coaches and team members. On a negative note: this program costs a LOT of money. Not only did I pay for the program, but I have also paid for and participated in multiple additional opportunities that involved travel (and all the costs that go with that). The number of resources we have access to is exceptional. My main concern is that I originally signed up for the 1:1 coaching. That started off very limited and is now, no longer a part of the program unless I attend a live presentation and am selected to get a few minutes for myself and my shop. The original coaching calls were only 20 minutes, then changed to 30 minutes. They are no longer coaching calls; they are accountability calls to track what efforts I am putting forth. This is not what I signed up for, and I definitely don’t feel it is giving me what I am paying for (which, again, is a lot of money). And even though I have watched multiple training sessions (live and replays) and done everything I have been asked to do, I have had extremely minimal results – no where near what I expected from this program. I don’t want to celebrate each individual act (someone favorited an item, I got a 5-star review, I sold one item) – I want to be able to celebrate consistently making sales and having an income, not a loss. I know some people have made a lot of sales compared to what they were making before they signed up, a few people who were already doing well were able to scale up, and some starting out fresh are excited about what they are learning, but I have not seen the anyone saying they are making six figures a month from their shop.

Passive Earner Society is the perfect balance between support and accountability. You get a community that will celebrate your highs and encourage you during your challenging days. There is a wealth of information between the coaches and the curriculum. Need to get out of your own way? Say no more! The mindset calls provide you with the tools necessary to conquer your fears and leap forward. If you are serious about starting an Etsy business, PES is the place to be.

I’m new to the program so I don’t have much experience yet with the group but I like the 1:1 coaching calls. The sense of community and the way the program is divided into sections.

I have been a member of the Passive Earners Society for quite some time, and overall I have had a positive experience. The program offers a wide variety of educational content covering different aspects of building and growing an Etsy business, and I have learned a great deal from the training.

One area that could be improved is the pace of some of the coaching sessions. At times, the coaches introduced concepts very quickly, making it difficult to fully grasp the material, especially for those who may be new to e-commerce or Etsy. I also found it somewhat frustrating to be reassigned to different coaches throughout the program, rather than working consistently with the same person.

That said, I was pleased to see that the program recently underwent a major update and is now organized by skill level. This structure makes much more sense and should help members progress more effectively based on their experience and knowledge.

My biggest suggestion is to increase the duration of the one-on-one coaching sessions. Currently, the 20-minute coaching calls every two weeks can feel a bit rushed, especially when discussing specific business challenges or strategies.
While there is still room for improvement, particularly with coaching continuity and one-on-one support, I believe Passive Earners Society provides solid educational value and is worth considering for anyone serious about building an Etsy business.

I’ve been a PES member for eight months. I have five Etsy sales to show for it. I’ve lost money on every one.

PES is expensive. The promise is $1,000/month in sales. That lesson, somehow, is not mandatory. I’m still waiting for it.

The coaching model has changed since I joined. You used to be able to get listing feedback before you posted. That made sense. Now you list first, then they review. I don’t think that helps the algorithm. I also don’t think anyone can truly understand every member’s business well enough to give specific, useful feedback. Things get lost.

The Zoom calls are live, but they run in the middle of the workday. I have a job. I can’t be there. So for me, it’s really just a video library with a price tag attached.

There has not been a teachable moment in eight months that I could point to and say that moved my store forward.

The 100-item goal sounds reasonable until your niche is hyper-specific. I’m at 60 items. Getting to 100 with a focused Judaica line takes real time. That nuance gets lost when everyone is pushed toward the same milestone.

If you learn well from pre-recorded videos and don’t need live interaction or accountability, PES might work for you. I don’t learn that way. That’s on me to know. I just wish I’d known it sooner.

When my year is up, I won’t renew.

PES has helped me bring my shop up to the next level. I’ve increased traffic and revenue.

They do not, however, have any organization when it comes to finances or scheduling calls.

I paid $8000 in dues and over $100 in bank charges because of errors they made. I then was getting harassed by one of their finance people. Never was offered anything to remedy the bank charges, the error, or harassment. No refunds, discounts, or remedy at all.

They still are screwing up and have my balance info wrong.

Coaching calls with Tanner and other experts are during the work day. If you have a full time job, don’t expect to participate in any of them. Never once did they have a call that I could attend.

Coaches are committed to helping advise PES members. They provide a supportive, encouraging environment.

I joined Passive Earner Society not knowing ANYTHING about Etsy and certainly not how to build a business there. But I was looking for something new in my life - something I could learn, with people who were knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and genuinely interested in my success. I found all of that - and more! - in PES. The caliber of training is top notch. The positivity and support for each person's success is obvious. The site is full of great resources. Having a coach has been invaluable to building not one but TWO successful Etsy shops - in less than 9 months! I could not have done it without PES.

This group has been very helpful to me. It's an investment to be sure - but success comes at a cost, and this is worth it. If you are looking for a quick fix, then you can search YouTube for free. PES will provide you with that same content, but it also adds value by giving you personal attention from your coach and so many others on the PES staff. If you are treating your entrepreneurial journey as a marathon and not a sprint, then the PES investment will hold you accountable and be very worthwhile.

I joined PES on 5/19/26. I’ve learned a lot and have my first listing published. Still have lots more to learn. The coaching is great and there are a ton of lessons and coaching including one on ones with my assigned coach. The cost is extremely high so I have to make this work and they are working with me to make it happen.

I have mixed emotions about the PES program. I don't feel like I got $ 8,000 worth of value. I have learned a lot. I have a shop up and running, but not yet profitable. I have 6 sales, and it is improving, but my year is nearly gone, and I feel like I was left behind. I have put many hours into this project, 6-8 hours a day, most of the time. The coaching calls, for the most part, have not been productive. I have felt many times that the coach was just putting in time and not really interested in helping me. You keep changing the program, so I spend much of my time trying to find things and catch up. The videos are helpful part of the time, but not always. I have asked questions, but many times have not really gotten the answers that I needed. I really don't like the new "coaching" format. I feel that it is mostly a waste of time. 20 minutes isn't enough to do anything. When I get stuck, I am just referred to someplace else to answer the questions that I don't get the answers to. Could I have gotten this far without your program? No. I would have given up. I am just saying that I don't think the price was worth it. I will continue to work at this and will eventually "get it". My biggest blocks have been getting the mock-ups to work, figuring out shipping costs, and just finding information. The shipping cost is very confusing. I sell physical products that all vary in size and weight. I went to free shipping, but Etsy changed it on all of my listings(not just new listings) before I could adjust the prices, so I lost money on some sales.
