We had a full custom patch design. And their team was very easy to work with. They advised what will look good and we went with their feedback. Turned out to be a very well made. It looked exactly as the final proof that they provided.

Service was top notch. Daniel was quick to reach out and communicated clearly and efficiently. I had a small batch but received customer service like I was a large, high-priority client. He made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services.

Very confusing process when doing multiple patches. Asked to reverify preferences so many times. 4 of the 7 patches had errors, 1 was and error I didn't catch on the mock up, the rest were their error, one of them I reiterated 3 times and it still came wrong. Offered nothing in return for the errors. Also they were made in Pakistan and I received an additional fed ex bill for tariff charges, none of this was made clear by the company

I have had a custom patch business since 2001. I have a company I usually use but the minimum they will run is 12 patches. Since I only needed one and it was a large patch the cost with them was too much. I found Patchmakerusa and sent them my artwork for a quote. Chris quickly replied to me with a couple questions and then a quote for one patch. They did the proof and I had them adjust some colors and once I liked it I told Chris to make it. The process was quick and easy and Chris was great to work with. I could not be happier with the end result and quick turnaround time. The patch is awesome and the price was reasonable! I’m sure I’ll get a lot of compliments on it. I highly recommend these guys for your custom patch needs! I will definitely be using them again for future patches.

In under 10 days, Patch Makers USA was able to make my design a reality, taking my design requests and adjustments and turning them into reality, and delivering them perfectly on time. Daniel was extremely communicative and helped work with my budget. The keychains are absolutely beautiful as well. I love them and so did event attendees - they praised how beautiful the keychains are and the uniqueness of the embroidery! They really are perfect and so pretty.
