Having a service dedicated to finding a tailor with the right experience and skills for your particular needs is such a wonderful idea. Living in London you'd think it would be easy to find someone to repair or alter clothes but the only places are dry cleaners and having seen the job they did on a partner's trousers I wanted a better solution. PatchMeUp is definitely it and I'm looking forward to helping it grow.

I had one pair of jeans taken in and a hole in the pocket repaired. The alterations were well done and I can now wear the jeans again without fear they'll fall down or tear further.

I got a zip replaced on a puffer jacket. It was collected on 22/11 and got it back 06/12. It was a simple process. Jana collected it from outside my building and dropped it off at the concierge. Can't fault the work, and much easier than finding a tailor and having to go to their shop.

The service was very straightforward - I placed the order online, booked shipping, and got everything back within a few weeks. I sent in several trousers to be taken in and a few shorts and dresses for seam fixes. Everything came back fitting perfectly. Overall it was also much cheaper even considering the postage costs.

Only thing to note is that it does take around 2 to 3 weeks. No issue for me as I wasn't in a rush and couldn't have made it to a tailor shop any faster than that, but perhaps something to be aware of if you need an urgent repair.

Great experience! I had two pillowcases that needed new zippers, service was easy and smooth, and the price much less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Good communication as well. Would recommend!

Had a small hole in my cashmere piece cause by a moth, service went great with collection and drop off at my house, and costs bellow market price. My piece looks good as new now🙏🏻😊
