It gave me clarity when I genuinely felt lost
“I came into Path at a point where I felt completely disconnected from myself. From the outside, I probably looked driven and capable, but internally I was carrying stress, pressure, and years of running on adrenaline without really slowing down to look at what it was doing to me.
What I respected straight away is that it didn’t feel fake, preachy, or performative. No ‘alpha male’ nonsense, but also no victim mentality either. Just honest conversations, practical lessons, and small shifts that actually made me reflect on how I was living.
One of the biggest things for me was realising how much your environment, inputs, and nervous system affect the way you think, feel, and react. I’ve spent years pushing through pain physically and mentally, and this made me step back and actually become more aware of what I was carrying.
The group itself feels grounded. Just good men trying to improve themselves without pretending to have it all figured out. That alone is rare nowadays.
It’s not some overnight transformation thing. It’s more like slowly reconnecting with yourself again and becoming more intentional with how you live. For me, that’s been genuinely valuable.
