Nice to be able to have measurements to be able to fit

A great experience from getting the order right that was bespoke to delivery. Great high quality product.

Made to our measurements as required and in lovely outdoor materials. The workmanship on our cushions was very good. Very well made.

Mixed thoughts.

Ordered mattress for VW van which did not arrive in time for the trip we had planned. Shipping times were not clear on product detail page or confirmation email but hidden away in FAQs and a link on the website footer.

Refused delivery but did not automatically receive refund as mattress went missing on way back to warehouse.

Can’t complain about responsiveness or helpfulness of customer services when contacted and, in the end and after further contact, received refund.

Overall, would say that this company need to be more proactive in their communications with customers and their website design.

I received immediate and valuable advice on material , colour etc. items were delivered promptly and I am impressed by appearance and quality. Exemplary customer service.

Had the seat cushions made first, then decided to go for the seat backs to match. Had excellent guidance from Katie with regards foam and sizing. Highly recommend.

I ordered replacement seat pads and backs for three chairs and a sofa. All were bespoke and unusual measurements. After the initial quote, Kate made certain of all measurements and made recommendations. All arrived really quickly, well wrapped and vacuum packed. I’m thrilled with the quality, material and comfort.
