I purchased 2 sets of 2 aluminum chaise lounge chairs. You need to assemble them. The instructions are pictographs with almost illegible pictures. The instructions indicated 3-4 minutes and no tools required. The first on took me well over an hour with additional tools required. The second took 45 minutes. The quality of these chairs is poor. I attempted to email the support listed on the instructions (outdoorlifejoy). That address does not exist. I emailed Patio Kingdom informing them of my displeasure in the chaise lounges and asked how to return them….no reply. Left an accurate comment on the Facebook advertisement and they removed it. I would suggest finding a different supplier for your patio furniture.

I love this umbrella. It is super big, sturdy, and—importantly—super flexible. 100% recommended.

I wasn’t expecting this to be this good, but I’m really impressed. Easy assembly, solid build, and very comfortable. It fits perfectly on my balcony and looks great. Definitely 5 stars!

Quality is great

Love these chairs so much. They are easy to put together. And love the cup holder and that they fold up. Can’t wait to use them around my fire pit.

The patio umbrella is a great value! Arrived very fast. Couldn’t be any happier.

So chic piece we love this. Esp my daughter always want to sit in. I’ll move it to the porch in the summer. It’s also really good at home.

Damaged by light winds and cannot get hold of the company by phone or email

3/31. After seeing this review they had reached out to me by email. They asked me to remove this review. Multiple times I requested a valid phone number to no avail. They stated in an email that I would receive a full credit back. Awesome, but To-date, there is no pending credit to my account per my credit card. I’m very frustrated with this whole ordeal and will follow up with any good news if I have any future positive feedback.

Damaged items and nobody has responded to us in regards to replacing the parts damaged

The general quality of the product seems great. I, however, had 6 chairs out of 8 that had pieces that did not fit together. Numerous emails, pictures and videos sent. Finally agreed to send replacement parts.Weeks long process. They are STILL sitting somewhere, not moving (according to tracking).
I am not able to utilize my purchase yet. I am not sure I will order the rest of my patio things from them.
