I ordered a Hollow Knight magnet figurine set and never received it. It was supposed to take a more or less a month to get the package but the tracking actually began a month after the order. The tracking was awfully suspicious: the e-mail update were not matching the tracking service's date. Once it "was" allegedly in my country, the tracking update stopped. I blocked the sender from my PayPal account.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are con artists and stole $50 from me. They aren’t a real company. I ordered the stranger things set in DECEMBER and it is now late February. They use a third party shipping company that gives you fake updates. Save yourself and your wallet don’t shop here.

Scam company. Ordered a Funko Pop Stranger Things advent calendar end of November and still not arrived. Have raised a dispute with paypal who refunded me. Tracking information is false and company responses are just automated lies! Should be barred from advertising on Facebook!

Ordered something for Christmas, and it never showed up. They keep telling me to wait.

SCAM COMPANY! STAY AWAY! I ordered a music box for $40. I ordered in September, received in December, and it's fake!! I contacted them, and they wanted photos, then they wanted a video. I sent them. Their response was that yea, it doesn't play music. What? They advertised a "music box." They realized their error, but only offered me $13 dollars back of my $40 as compensation. It is garbage, and I was scammed. I'm going to try to get my money back from Paypal.

They say they're in the US but it's actually China.
The items I ordered, magnetic hanging characters, look terrible and don't even magnetize strong enough to hang on the fridge. They fall right off.

They also charged me more money than I paid, about $15 more. I had to dispute with my bank.

Item took months to arrive. Was so badly made it doesn’t work properly.
I believe this site is somewhat of a scam.
Also the parcel tracking is a work of fiction.

AVOID these scammers. Item ordered in October still a no show at the end of December and they are refusing to do anything about it despite me contacting them on a number of occasions.

I ordered 2 music boxes in early October 2025. Today is 16/12/2025 and I have still not received my parcel. It seems unlikely that I ever will. I have written several times to Patrickshops.com and no replies have been sent to me. I would therefore recommend that anyone steer clear of this company.

They use a third-party tracking system. That tracking number is not correlated to a real tracking number on the package. The package was said to be delivered, but it wasn’t and we—and I guess they—have no way to even know what company delivered the package. Note: This was to be delivered outside the country but they weren’t responsive in any way to my correspondence other than getting mostly automated responses. And unwilling to provide a refund.

Unfortunately, I can't have no stars, ordered a Samurai, advent calander, website shows smallish funko type figures, all i got were plastic 2d stickers

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! 1 star is too many!!! I ordered a Phantom of Opera Funko Pop and apparently it's been sitting in Birmingham for the last 2 months. I'm so angry, they just reply with 'its been shipped so you'll have to wait!'

Yep, I was also scammed. Ordered in August, and have never received the item. Phantom of the Opera Funko pop. I guess from now on I will have to research every Internet company. I ordered from. The ad was on Facebook.

I bought ornaments for over $40. When they came, they were super damaged and definitely poorly AI created. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with AI but the issue lied in the fact that some of it didn’t look normal at all. The quality was really poor. I reached out to see how I could return the item and never heard back.

Scam. Fake tracking.

This ‘company’ is a scam. I ordered something in late August; it is now the middle of October and the fake tracking says my item has been sitting in Edinburgh for five weeks. They take your money & send you nothing. They’re rip-off merchants and scammers.

Ordered Yankees Advent Calendar on 9/3/25. Website shows 2-3 days shipping. All information on website shows NYC based. Received item today, 10-6-2025. Actually, comes from Ireland. Original price was $41.59, but then they added $12.48. Don't know why. Wrote them and they did refund money. Item looks like it is 3-dimensional; only 1-dimensional on front only. Package came with all the pieces scattered. One piece was damaged. Replaced in the squares. Don't know how it's going to work to open each day. Never again.
