My book is still a work in progress but moving towards completion, in no small part, due to the hard work and diligence of my production team, Jessica and Dominic. I was nervous of the process in the beginning but any concerns have been put to rest by their hard work and attention to detail which are bringing my book to life.

I have had a very positive experience with Patrick White Publishing throughout the development of my children's eBook.

From the beginning, the team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. They reply to my emails promptly and consistently keep me updated on the progress of my eBook, which has given me confidence and peace of mind throughout the publishing process.

Although my book is still in production, I am very pleased with the service I have received so far and look forward to seeing the finished product.

They are SCAMMERS
I strongly advise authors to avoid Patrick White Publishing. I brought my own high-quality AI illustrations to the project, which they reviewed and praised during their initial complimentary edit before I paid.
​The moment they received my $399 payment, their story completely changed. They falsely claimed Amazon would reject my book with these illustrations and insisted I had to pay extra for a human illustrator. When I researched the guidelines and proved this was entirely untrue—as Amazon does accept them if declared—they shifted tactics again and demanded I sign a liability waiver just to pressure me into an unnecessary upsell.
​Furthermore, upon checking my financial transaction, my money did not go to Patrick White Publishing; it was secretly funneled to an international corporate entity called SULROSH LLC. Because of this deceptive behavior and total breach of trust, I requested a refund under their written 100 percent money-back guarantee. They missed my deadline to return my money, and I have now been forced to escalate this to an official financial dispute with my payment provider. They are highly unprofessional and use false claims to pressure authors into spending more money.
Plus they are NOT in AUSTRALIA

The team have worked well helping me make my dream of being an author come true. Communication back and forth has been fantastic

The experience so far has been great, the Patrick white Publishing they are consistent, give me constructive feedback, are open to an alterations and editing feedback. The whole team is approachable and very tech savvy - which I am not. I really appreciate the communication from Domonic, Roy and Jordan.

Patrick white helped me to write my first book, it’s a beautiful book for children (Brave Oliver) and I love the ilustrations they did for me, however I think I need to work more in providing a better customer service and providing more clarity about the final price and the timeliness. Although I experienced a few minor communication issues, the overall progress of my book publication has been satisfactory so far. They have been delivering on their commitments as promised, and I am confident they will publish my book across 10 platforms as originally discussed. They are a genuine publishers.

The process was a bit slower this time but was still a great experience

My first children's book “Violet and Jo” is just now on Amazon and in Kindle form. My second one is currently being illustrated “Violet and Jo - All aboard”
The Patrick White staff have been encouraging and responsive to changes in pictures.
For their whole process it is a big financial outlay, but I am hopeful their marketing will bring results.

I have started publishing my childrens book with them. All illustrations and communication has been great so far and look forward to the completed project. They truly care about making their clients happy.

Being very new to this business they have been patient and kind in their advice.
I have asked for changes to illustrations and they have been done to my satisfaction.
