Fantastic, I was more than satisfied!

This was an awesome event. I learned so much and I can't wait to implement what I learned so I can start my journey to gaining financial freedom for me and my family.

Our coach for the day was John D. He was amazing. He kept you on track and entertained. I was never bored. I learned so much in a short period of time. I am now reading Than Merrill book “The real estate wholesaling Bible” to help guide me with wholesaling. This will help me get the money to join the Mastery program! I’m excited and can’t wait to begin! Thanks John and thanks Than Merrill for making these workshops.

Amazing! Experience all investors must attend, I came out of the 3 Day class with more knowledge and confidence to succeed as an investor with FB, Ralph Plum was so informative and full of energy. He was approachable and available to answer specific questions. He taught me the difference of thinking as a consumer vs entrepreneur, understanding that debt may be good depending on how you use it. Understanding how taxes are used. How to form an LLC and starting a Solo k and Pension to prepare for your Future. I appreciate the Systems and Tools FB put together to aid in the Success of their Investors thank you for all you do Than Merrill and Paul Esajian.

These 3 days were the best days spent in a classroom full of enthusiastic people and teachers. The amazing people who kept us inspired and eager to learn more were lead by Lee Escobar, and the extraordinary team members were Valerie, Joe, Rob and Trevon who helped with any question or concerns...there was never a dull moment and my eagerness to learn more continue from the beginning to the end. Looking forward to growing more and more in Real Estate Investing.

If I only had one word I could say it would be WOW!

Fortune Builders is not only a dynamic force as a business but they are also dynamic in developing and achieving respect and integrity in building and rebuilding people’s lives.

I know because I just had the honour of encountering such a profound experience at the 3 day Fortune Builder’s Real Estate Workshop in the Fort Lauderdale, Fl area. The presentation from the Fortune Builders Team, the unique unfailing professional work and training system and the history of Paul Esajian and Than Merrill, the masterminds behind this system and the credence for which they stand, as well as the individual Team members was beyond exhilarating and uplifting!

You’re probably wondering why I was taken by this Event. To answer and know this, you would have to know and understand a little of my background.

I was versed in Real Estate and educated in many avenues pertaining to same. It was truly my profession. A number of years back, my family, especially my son whom was three, went through a personal tragedy that lasted 10 long years. After this tragedy, I didn’t want anything to do with real estate and I shut down completely. I walked away from my profession and education vowing I never would have anything to do with it again.

One day about seven or eight months ago, I happen to see an ad with Than Merrill. It had been years since I was involved in real estate but again I know and understand it like the back of my hand. I knew I was ready to do something but not quite sure if I dared step back into it. Listening to Than somehow gave me the courage to register for Fortune Builders 3 day Real Estate Workshop in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

Voila, enter Jeremiah Phillips, Team Leader of this fantastic 3 day event. Jeremiah led and lighted up the way. He was absolutely dynamic!! He approached the group with enthusiasm, vigor, in-depth knowledge, humor and passion. I’ve never experienced a leader working so relentlessly during class, on breaks and every spare moment in between. He honestly took the time and patience to answer questions from each individual. He gave from his heart and himself sharing his strength, hope, past, present and future and showed a light to a newer, brighter and better future. Jeremiah pointed out that you can’t change your past but you can change and start a new beginning. O course, that would change myself and my life and a new story would be written. It needed to be changed and it was more then time to do it. Did I have the courage to start? My life isn’t over yet!

Jeremiah’s words, his representations of such a complete working system to include floor plans, how to bid and do contracts, financial management plus tax tips and how to set up a business, building, commercial, residential and documentation astounded me! I knew from my background the wealth of the invaluable knowledge alone takes countless years, education, experience and time to learn and understand to be able to implement and put in place on your own. That’s certainly not taking into account the magnitude of human support that’s available as well. You’ll just have to trust me on this one.

Fortune Builders was beginning to give me the hope and enthusiasm I needed for a new beginning. A beginning to start anew that which originally wanted nothing more to do with.

I’m thankful for Team Leader, Jeremiah, for his leadership and most certainly for Dylan, my Team Counselor, who listened and supported me. I know I trust him and that gave me strength to believe in myself, he was helping me to get back pieces of myself that I thought were lost forever.

The caring, encouragement and support in Fortune Builders far surpasses what many companies are willing to do today. I don’t say this lightly. Their core beliefs are integrity and people. People are their foundation and they live it to the fullest.

In closing, I’m proud to have the opportunity to work with Fortune Builders. I know I will utilise all that they have to offer in real estate for years to come.

It was a great weekend. I can't wait to get started. I meet a lot of like minded people that I can now call friends. This weekend has changed my life!

The 3 day workshop has opened my eyes to so many possibilities that I didn't know were available. I never thought I would be interested in Real Estate but after attending the workshop that has change. I look forward to joining the coaching/mentorship program with my boyfriend. :)

I missed the opportunity to attend this workshop a year ago and when the opportunity came again I made sure I was in attendance. Hesitant of going because it was 3 days. (most workshops last a few hours) I was even more eager to know what was being provided. I had no knowledge of real estate investment, nor was it ever a thought that crossed my mind until attending this workshop. It was the most informative and motivating experience ever. If I wasn’t sure before attending I was definitely sold on the last day and I’m so grateful for FB putting the time and effort to give these workshops it’s such a great opportunity. I encourage everyone to just attend and see what doors open up after. Thank you FB !!

Learned amazing things at the workshop, everyone was extremely transparent and straightforward about what this business is and I really appreciated that.
