I would rate 5 stars but the amount of plastic packaging, I think 5 layers is environmentally awful. I don’t need that much protection! The blanket itself is loved by my dogs, easy to wash and fluffs up beautifully but PAW needs to do much better in reducing waste.

You’re absolutely right about the packaging, and it’s something we’re actively working on. We currently have an initiative underway to reduce and eliminate plastic protectors in our packaging for all new products. Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. They have this automated system that says it ships super quick. I reached out to support and they say, sorry your order is processing we can't change anything. So now I have something I didn't order, if you return it they have tons of fees, so it cost you just as much to return it than the item costs. I will never buy from them ever again.

Quality Products - Great Customer Service
I recently ordered the curved orthopedic dog bed (my second-the first bed I ordered is 5 years old and still in great shape). I’m happy to see that the quality hasn’t changed since then. I did have to contact customer support the day after my order to ask to have a better discount applied. No problem! The customer service representative gave me a much better discount. In addition to the two beds, I have ordered four blankets over the past five years. Same great quality; same great service.

Refunds with Paws
My experience with Paws has been very negative regarding their honesty in refunds for orders which results in a time-consuming discourse that goes nowhere. Their products are wonderful and we have purchased many blankets (which are very expensive) through the years. Unfortunately, when it comes to a return or a matter where I just purchased an order and noticed the discount; Paws will always find excuses not refund money for the purchase.
This is one of the many examples from an email discourse dated 6/2/2025:
Contact me at as soon as possible! I left a message and tried to even send you an email which failed as well. I am a valuable customer of your company and now a furious customer one. I do not want to lose my $30 dollars (after I spent over well over $200 in the past 2 years) just because YOU locked me out of my account. I spent over an hour with silly tasks of verification. I love your products; however, I am furious at how your website and resources for making it very difficult for the customer both in time and frustration when locked out of their account. It seems that this is all at our expense in time and money. All we want is a cooling blanket with a well-deserved discount.
We have had several experiences whenever we wanted a refund. After many trials and tribulations, Paws will refund your money.

Wrong Company to Order From
I had purchased 3 of the donut beds several years ago and my Maltese and Shorkie love them. Well I needed another one so I ordered another from another company and my dogs will not get in it because it is made of an inner tube and they can’t get comfortable. So I looked at the tag on the beds that they love and ordered directly from PAW.
