It took my Cocker literally 5 minutes to tear into the fabric, and he is now happily disemboweling said duck of all it's kapok. Complete waste of money. Would love to be able to comment on the calmin... Toon meer

I never received my Calming duck…
I never received my Calming duck despite it being ordered 4 months ago. When first emailed the response was it was with the carrier and after this they failed to respond at all. Very unhappy as the product wasn’t cheap. Seems like a scam company.
Poor quality - customer service awful
Poor customer support- waited weeks for delivery then when toy did arrive dangerous piece of plastic sticking out of toy. Reported to customer service and was offered a replacement. Four months on customer service have gone silent and not replying to emails - still no replacement or refund. Be very wary if purchasing from them
Appalling
Products did not turn up despite spending around 50 pounds. Kept telling me to wait. After 3 months asked for refund. No answer
2 Yellow ducks have not arrived
I ordered 2 yellow ducks for my dogs before Christmas 2025 and now 3 months on they still haven't arrived. I've sent them numerous e.mails and also asked for a refund all to no avail.

Ordered 3 dog toys on the 15/12/25. They didn’t arrive. Customer service was responsive to this and said wait 60 days and then I would get a refund or replacement. 60 long days later, no goods and now no response. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade, that is £45.00 they have had and by looking at other reviews a whole lot more. I raised a dispute with my bank (HSBC) and they returned the money (needed proof such as email correspondence etc). I urge others to do the same.

Scam. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered 2 of their ducks. I have not received them after 3 months - yes months!!!!! And no refund has been given. Stay away from this company.

I ordered two ducks and only received one, I’ve sent numerous emails trying to get the second duck, and also asked for a refund. They have now stopped replying to my messages. DONT USE THIS CONPANY. Really bad customer service.

Ordered calming duck on the 28th Nov. Have e mailed them several times as I’ve still not received it. I asked for a refund end of January. They said I’d have to wait 90 days from shipping. Ive e mailed them twice more in February. Now they’re ignoring me. Have now been in contact with my credit card provider. They are chasing it

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like a couple of other peoples reviews. I ordered 4 toys in November. I got the same story about 60 days for a refund. And guess what - no communication since the 60 day mark passed.

Like many others I ordered before Christmas and have received nothing. Initial email got a response saying the goods were with the courier but then nothing. Have now been refunded by my credit card company. Do not deal with this company or anything that looks similar.

UPDATE - following on from my previous negative review, it seems Pawlove have changed their name to paw-joy.uk. You will see this new website is almost identical. It is really annoying that these people can continue to scam us out of our hard earned money and then just change their name and carry on!

I made a complaint about the quality of the yellow duck - it broke within less than 20 seconds by a dog who is still chewing on her fully intact, cheaper and better made toy from Waitrose. 4 or 5 emails later to their "customer service" here is the negative review I promised them.
Expensive, poor quality rubbish which is becoming typical on these online adverts promising false deliverables. I will make sure I read reviews in future before considering a purchase and I hope this saves someone some money. And what a surprise there are loads of negative reviews before mine! There speaks the truth.

I ordered on 12th December still waiting as nothing and email a few times woman called Elena assured me that it will arrive if not received then refund 60days so it has been over 9 weeks and email a few times bur nothing no one replied back.
I tried to report on Klarna but the order is not there as they can't recognise it which is so annoying as lose £60 with this duck toys and cats toys. Feel like its scam :(

I ordered 3 items in early December still not arrived. I have made several enquiries through Facebook and email they have stopped answering now. I find this very upsetting. I have asked for a refund it’s almost £50 which I can’t afford to lose. Certainly won’t be ordering again very poor customer care
