Food looks amazing and even my fussy dog loves this food. We had a little issue with one of the tubs but the company were amazing literally I messaged late Sunday evening and had a response within an hour and problem was sorted. I found them via the "all about dog food" website and because they had a high food rating so thought I would give them a try and genuinely can't recommend this company enough

I have had to transfer.my dog from the food she has been on for 2 years and was worried because her previous food was high ranking on AADF website and this one is slightly under it. However, my dog has never been so excited for meal times! The food is lovely! She is happier than she ever has been and I couldn't be more delighted with the switch! She is maintaining her weight well but likes to claim starvation to get more - she has never done this previously. Delivery is fuss free and seamless even though food is frozen Storage isnt terrible- I have 2 draw of the freezer dedicated to her and the 4 week supply fits there comfortably.

Great food my dog loves it, always well packed always arrives properly frozen. Smells really delicious

Brilliant customer service, the most fantastic food. My Toy Poodle always struggles to keep her weight on, this food is keeping it stable.
She also was itching and this seems not to be so bad now. Her coat is wonderful and shiny. She also absolutely loves it, can't wait for meal times and loves Nannies Nibbles. 💓

To say Toto loves his new food is an understatement! He is so excited for mealtimes and licks his bowl clean for about 10 minutes. After months of trying to find a suitable fresh food diet, I am so pleased to have found Paws on Plates. We transitioned slowly with zero tummy issues and I can already see an improvement in his energy levels. I would highly recommend this company and would love to see more recipes in the future. Having now given my miniature yorkie a week’s worth of Paws on Plates, I can safely say it’s the first dog food she doesn’t walk up to, sniff, and walk away from. She’s always excited and happy, and her bowl is licked clean. The food itself also looks quite appealing compared to other dog foods, which most of which are tinned. I’m so grateful to have finally found something she genuinely enjoys, to know she’s eating well and loving every bite.

great product. Sam is brilliant, another thing i noticed today the website is brilliant so easy to navigate, amend stuff. Everything about this company is spot on, i cant fault it. But, best of all the product is fabulous and £5.66 for a 600gm meal is tremendous value. Why would anyone use another company.

My dogs are chihuahuas and are fussy and they quite often dont eat these meals.
Im going to have to cancel my subscription

My Westie absolutely loved this food.I only started giving her this food last week but she is now excited and waiting for her breakfast every morning.I had tried every food on the market and she didn’t like anything.So glad I found this food clean plates every day xxx

I'm always looking for the best possible food for our dog so thought we'd give Paws on Plates a try. Our girl is a good eater anyway but when she was waiting for her new food the other day I heard a strange noise ... she was smacking her lips! She has never done that before. She runs to her bowl now and wolfs her food down unhesitatingly.

Their online help is excellent, and emails to the company are answered promptly and giving great advice.

The food arrived very well packaged with ice packs, and exactly when promised.

Lovely to know we've got her on such a good food that she really loves!

My dog is a fussy eater, she is a Tibetan Terrier. It has taken 4 years to get her to eat breakfast. This helps as I have to give her medicine twice daily. She used to only eat after 5pm. She loves the flavours. The delivery is excellent. She gets excited when her delivery arrives, so much so she wants to help opening the packaging

The food is fantastic, the dogs love it, and the website is easy to navigate to alter subscriptions. If you need to contact the company you get a swift response from Sam who deals with your query quickly. I also love the variety of pack sizes, the 600g tubs are perfect for my two terriers.
The fact that the packaging is fully recyclable with no plastics or films is the icing on the cake.

Only just started with paws on plates, any questions I had have been dealt with promptly by Sam ( Thank you ). This company is new and doing so incredibly well and you can feel the passion in their food, which smells amazing. I’m currently weaning Cooper and everytime he eats the paws on plates first before his previous food. Well done guys.

The dogs love the flavours and I always have a clean bowl

Tried my 12 month Cavachon on Butternut box all the others out there, she picked stopped eating it didn't like its full of lentils and sweet potatoes made my dog upset stomach with blood vets again she also has crystals now then in urine 12 months old didnt know where to go to feed her ?

THEN SAW THIS FOOD AMAZING switched straight on had no choice and her poos are solid firm small, she jumps through air at dinner time all ingredients good not harsh spices and herbs which i dont agree with , only good herbs mild not over powering so my dog refuses to eat it , you can't fool a Cavachon she likes to taste her meat and veg no fillers ,herbs or spices strong.
Her eyes have stopped watering tear stains shes had for 9 months its now dry.
She is more active happy running about being naughty teenager no vets either.
Its froze so much it takes 24 hrs for it to defrost so i feel safe when its on its day travel to me next day delivery its frozen solid not like all the other brands i have tried .
Smells great and iam a 40 years vegan smells lovley.
Love the package too this is best food out there .

Everything you want from a dog food provider.. Sam responds to queries super fast (and outside of normal working hours 😬)..he has sorted everything for my dog from answering queries about ingredients and allergies, to how much food he should have per meal to adding meals I've forgot and moving deliveries when I've forgot to order by the cutoff... My dogs tummy is so much better since switching to paws on plates too..no tummy upsets at all and his tear stains have cleared right up...

Finally and probably most importantly he loves the food...I tried every type to get him to eat good quality nutritious food and he was so picky and refused.. but he loves his paws on plates..

Our dachshund, typical to the breed is extremely fussy and unlike other ‘raw brands’ he absolutely loves this one! He’s coat, behaviour & toileting habits have all drastically improved since changing over late last year. Also Sam and team are great if you ever need help with an order etc. Highly recommend.

My 1.5 year old Shih Tzu loves his food!! It smells good and looks like real food. His poops look healthy and don't stink as much like they have on other food, and he's thriving. He's always really excited to eat his food and he licks his plate clean! Sometimes the cartons do leak a little when defrosting, especially the fish one, but I just rest the box in a plastic container to catch any potential leaks. Love that I can just recycle all the packaging though and no plastic waste so it's totally worth it and that's only a very minor detail and still think the food and delivery etc is all 5*. Customer service has also always been great if I've ever had an issue. Would definitely recommend!
