I want to recover the subscription fees and every day with fake excuses and meaningless reasons They refuse to give me my money again They are a group of thieves And a fake company Be careful and stay away from thieves

Scam Payment providers, poor customer service, account manager Mike Chan(this is 100% false name) will onboard you and disappear leaving you to exchange emails with the support team which always gives the same answers... Withdrawal of funds will be blocked.
Do not use them, you will receive funds from clients but no options for payout and refunds and eventually your accrued funds will stay blocked with the excuse that the acquirer blocked your account?

They are scam ask for upfront alot of money.Please don't use them

They charged us US$1000 and setup free 2-3 months and they are not able to provide us a working payment gateway.

We are planning to follow the legal course of action.

Based on reviews from our partners, it looks like a scam. Very large settlement cycle, after which there are no payouts.

Be careful as the review are fake, they will not payout your money, if anyone just got started with them, PayCly is just middle man to another financial theft operation, they were reported to Australian and Chinese authorities, and will continue my journey untill they take them down.

Next is Mastercard and Visa, expect problems from now on for your criminal acts

PayCly is a not reliable or trustworthy company. They can blocked your account and clients funds without any explanation, when you ask them to pay the clients funds back their respond will be : We are still following with the acquirer on this matter when we get an
update from the acquirer then only we can update you accordingly.

Those scammers charge you 350 USD per month for a service that doesn't even work, I started using their service on the month of December and yet they charged me 350 USD on the month of novembre even though I haven't used the service. The visa MasterCard they integrated is not working at all, success rate of 20%, they charge the customers many times and if they chargeback you pay fees, they have a bad UI, a creepy payment link that causes the customer to panic and see it as an unprofessional service, and by January they removed Visa and MasterCard and kept some asian nonsense payment methods, they don't want to refund my 700 USD I paid in the beginning not release my funds, I had to fill a fraud report using my business bank, and soon will launch a fraud form to customers to fill in and send to their banks to fight those scammers and get my money back the hard way.

Used them for 5 days, than our mid was blocked with no proper explanation from the support team with promisess that they will resolve the issue. Very poor customer support and Unstable product. As well our clients funds got stuck for 6mounth hope to get them soon...STAY AWAY from them

It's not surprising that people are calling you Scammers in reviews and now I personally believe you don't even care about it. What else you do except imposing irrelevant charges and not providing anything in return. I have used payment service providers previously but you guys are the worst nightmare to my business. Once you charged me you started contacting me with other domains which means that you run all the portals by your own. You all are same and scammers duspay, eskaypay and paycly. I hope you get something to do instead fraud.

Paycly's team is very supportive and their services are swift/accurate and precise. Would 10/10 reccomend everyone to work with them.

A lot of guesswork and chasing for answers when you're waiting for something or a reply. Overall an okay experience since they actually delivered and did a lot of things for you, but just that it would be best if they could be upfront about things such as extra development fees and so on.

The Communication is great, terms are good.
Approval ratio can be better and ATM we only have MC,
but we are very happy so far
