I can’t put into words how much I love this company.

Very often companies have to charge quite a bit of money for training courses. They have to. The simple reason is that there is more commitment to a course the more you spend on it.

However, that has to be balanced with affordability.

There have been several times when I wanted to some course but at the time they are unaffordable. The comes payitmonthly which makes it more affordable. They can split the payments into affordable monthly or weekly payments which is great.

The other advantage is that they allow you to make overpayments at any time. All you have to do is give them a call and make a payment over the phone or make a bank transfer.

If you have had a bad or lousy credit rating then it’s a great thing!

Now I am a personal trainer. I am developing a high ticket program for people who are so overweight that they need weight loss surgery. It’s going to be between £5000-£9000 that is unaffordable in one go for many people so payitmonthly will be ideal.

So, the usual questions.
1. Are they worth the money? Yes, without question.
2. Would I use them again? All day every day.
3. Would I recommend them to someone else? Yes
4. What would I recommend the public to do? If there is a course that is unaffordable in one go ask the provider if they have an account with payitmonthly? If not ask them to get one. If you have a high ticket course set up an account with them.

It is good and helpfull to pay by instalments but is too bothering because after every payment, when the payment is done they keep calling to ask to do the payment even if the payment is done.

We're a fast-growing UK clinical service that explored PayItMonthly as a customer finance option alongside our existing arrangements with Klarna and PayPal.

The first email and call from PayItMonthly confirmed our model was a fit, customers would simply need to sign T&Cs to release funds to us. We have this in writing on email from Darcy. A subsequent call reversed it entirely: PayItMonthly doesn't fund services, only the sale of physical goods. Their rep on this call said their colleague lied and it's not true?!

None of this is on their website. Two calls and an email exchange later, the answer was no.

Klarna and PayPal which are both FCA-regulated have funded our model without issue for years. Their documentation is clear on what they do and don't support. PayItMonthly's isn't, and the team we spoke to contradicted themselves between the first and second contact.

The frustration isn't the rejection, it's the wasted time. If "physical goods only" is the rule, that needs to be on page one of their site, not discovered after multiple calls. A "computer says no" outcome dressed up as a sales process.
