SCAM if I could negative stars. Don't download they take money out of your account without Permission. I've been in contact with my bank. Sent them many emails to refund the money.

SCAM! Payloadz is a platform where them and their sellers can scam people. I've bought a digital item from one of their seller. the link i received through mail was already expired. I requested another link through their website and waited 2 days. nothing happened. I contacted their support team, all i got back from them was an automatic response with no resolve, i also contacted the seller through mail and waited another 2 days. no response. i try to contact Payloadz support again... i get back the same automated response. I just realized i got scammed.

Total scam!!!! I was charged 33 dollars without me knowing when applying!!!! DO NIT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!!

A total scam. Do NOT use this site. When you go to link your PayPal they charge you 30$ to start it up without letting you try the website first. Now I am out 30$ and disappointed and Paypal will not let me dispute the charge. I had to lock my debit card and will have to change my debit card to ensure I am NOT charged again. I repeat DO NOT sign up unless you know you will be profiting from this website. If it's worth anything I am in my late 20s and tech savvy. I was not expecting this website to pull this little stunt. I'm also 99% sure I will not be getting my money back even with a dispute. If they do I will update my review.

They took $29 without saying ANYTHING!!!!!!! I got a random notification saying they had withdrawn money and I am EXTREMELY mad.

I tried to test if it worked, I signed in and made something I could "sell" for my website, it said it was completely free. Then boom outta nowhere I get a notification saying that they had charged me $29. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I have used Payloadz for 8 years. It has been an excellent and profitable aspect of my download business. The system is easy and a great place to have a catalogue of downloads available for sale. If you understand the process it cannot be beaten.

i wanted to start using payload as a seller but after they required my paypal account i felt suspicious so i thought of reading the reviews and i am so thankful that i didnt give them my paypal account

This site is a SCAM, point blank period. They ask you to link your paypal account, and then charge you 30 dollars within your permission. You won't even know it's happened until your getting an email saying you have made the payment. Even worse is the fact that although it is pending, there is no way for you to cancel it, and paypal will do nothing to help you with the fraud. AVOID THIS SITE, DON'T BE LIK ME AND THE REST OF US PLEASE!!!

Hi,i was kindly asking for a Refund ,i made a purchase by mistake?

The worst website you will ever come across. Hope they get shut down terrible business. Never told me they would take money from my account when asking for paypal then they took money out my account. Emailed for refund and never got back to me. Month later took out even more money from my account and I’ve never used this website. Worst customer service i’ve ever come across.

A few days ago I accidentally purchased a one-month subscription without realizing it. I asked Payloadz for a refund and they very kindly completed the request within a day and I was refunded the full amount.

Still didnt get my money back from November, every time I contact them they tell me your money will be back on your PayPal account,. It's just a scammers

None of the reviews on this site appear to discuss the actual experience of using Payloadz day to day to sell digital downloads.
I have been doing so since Dec 2011, with approx. 5,000 products on the site.
From a usability and automation perspective, while not perfect, this service is far better than anything else I have tried. Customer service/support are generally excellent. They do occasionally mess things up, but are prompt in dealing with the problem or in being honest about limitations that have to be worked around.
The site works perfectly with Paypal, both for buyer payments and for the Payloadz monthly subscription (I don't understand the review that says the Paypal password was asked for - why wouldn't it be, if you are making a Paypal payment?)
There are a few things I would like to see improved, largely in the statistics and analytics areas, but overall it's a great service.
If people are having problems with individual sellers on Payloadz, I would suggest they take it up with them, not with the hosting service.

We were one of Payloadz first customers over 10 years ago and have used their service ever since. We've seen it all with them- the good and the bad. For the most part, their service has been great in getting our collection of thriller ebooks online and in the hands of our fans. The rights to our titles have now been bought by a publishing company, so we don't need their services for now, but we do recommend them for sure. Thank you!

Their site was a bit difficult for me to use with my screen reader which I need to navigate most sites online due to poor eyesight. I was able to get it worked out with their support to get my ebook listed for sale, but I wish sites like this dedicated time to improving functionality for their disabled users.

I don't know what the old posts are referring to, they may have changed owners or something, but creating the account (with 14 day trial) and closing was all done on the site itself. I was able to do it without any help or needing to call or email.
