I think it's a fraudulent company…
I think it's a fraudulent company organised crime possibly, all they want is 🆔 so far they have had birth certificate, selfie phone number and still I can't get access to any account if I even have one , be very careful they are collecting as much personal data etc to open account in your name I believe

I was so impressed on how easy it was have to set up my account. When I needed to make purchase and didnt have funds, Zilch was able to cover that, interest free. Amazing!

Okay But An Unnecessary Nuisance!
Ease of setting up the account but it’s a nonsense understanding and working with purchases. It’s too convoluted and is a major head *****. So I’ll pay off then cancel the card.

App glitches
It's a shame that the app is not reliable. It glitches and charges you every so often such as charging you for pay over 6 weeks when I know for a fact that I didn't enable it. Then the hassle you have to go through to get your money back. It's just not worth it for the 2% cashback.
They refuse to acknowledge that it's their app that's glitching, making out that I enabled it which is not the case.
As I say, it's a shame because nowhere else offers 2% cashback on purchases but it's just not reliable and the customer service is shocking at best.

It was alot easier than I thought!
It was alot easier than I originally had thought! It was as simple as have the initial fee (only £2.25) plus 25% of the total cost of the transaction in my account. Tapped my Zilch card in my google wallet and thats it!
Highly reccomend excellent customer service also!
