Detailed product information on website, competitive price, easy ordering process, very good communication, product very well packaged with fast dispatch and delivery. Ordered Sunday received and fitted Tuesday.
Everything was as detailed and is currently working as expected.

Ordered a tray Ryzen 7 5700x. Was contacted before it was sent off with pictures of the CPU and instructions to stress test the CPU. Will definitely use again if looking for CPUs for PC builds.

It was my first time using PC Tec UK and I can't fault the company at all, PC tec UK is an example of how customer service should be done. The measure of someone is not how they act when things go right, but how they act when things go wrong. At least to my experience, this is how business should be done.

I purchased a preowned CPU. Communication about delivery was quick and the part was dispatched and delivered without delay. Unfortunately the CPU was faulty, I did a huge amount of testing to verify and ensure it wasn't user error or a degraded part on my own system. PC Tec tried to help by offering different solutions to try. It was not to be and a return had to be requested (PC Tec actually offered this first). PC Tec were amazing about it, very apologetic and humble about it all, even going as far as suggesting alternatives from elsewhere or future releases that they would not necessarily be selling to try and help.

While a faulty part is not ideal, the way it was dealt with was exemplary. and to be completely fair, the fault in question would likely be missed by most standard tests of second hand parts. (does it post to windows without issue, yes).

I would not hesitate to order from PC Tec UK again in the future. This was just one of those rare occurrences that can happen with second hand parts and can even happen with new parts. I would certainly buy though them again with confidence.

Great experience. Product arrived next day. I made an error with my address and it was resolved almost instantly. I had photos sent of the product id be receiving via WhatsApp, as well as tips on setting up.

The customer service is off the chain. This company messaged on Whatsapp after my purchase of a 5700X, and guided me through the delivery process as well as the setup and installation of the CPU, tips and advice, and general asking about performance benchmarks it was achieving. Honestly have never met a nicer guy in my life, total gentleman from start to finish. Couldn't praise him high enough!

The item was sold at a good price, had great communication with the seller, and came exceptionally fast. The packaging was excellent, and overall was a great buy. Will definitely consider purchasing from this company again in the future
