This was the best customer service I've had for a long time. Regular updates, personal messages and a very helpful and friendly experience. For anyone thinking of buying a CPU from pctec.uk I would highly recommend it. I was unsure as I'd not heard of them before, but with the rareness of 5500x3d, this seemed the only place to order the CPU from. And all my worries evaporated. Id never replaced a CPU before and was guided through the whole process with WhatsApp messages, voice recordings and links to YouTube tutorials. The whole process was 5stars

The delivery was extremely quick, excellent customer service, the product was priced reasonably, the product performs as it should. I would highly recommend anyone who's shopping for AMD CPU's on a budget.

I bought an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, came with special next day delivery.

I went with PC Tec, as I wanted to save money where I could for my first PC build, especially during this economy.

I'm very glad I went with them, Safwaan was very attentive and diligent in his work. I ordered late in the night and didn't realised I entered the postcode wrong, he emailed shortly after my order (in the same evening) as he spotted the mistake and wanted to confirmed my details asap for the delivery.

I told him it was my first build which I've been stressing about. He was incredibly supportive, took the time to give suggestions for PSU and overall advice for my first build. The build all went well and cpu is working great!

I don't often write reviews but this was much deserved, the best customer service I've had in a good while.

Fantastic Customer Service

Safwaan was a great customer service agent. I was looking to buy a Ryzen 5 5500X3D and found it on PCTec. I could only find it either on eBay or on this website. He offered a fantastic level of customer service. It ranged from giving advice on what to do for the upgrade regarding my motherboard, to pulling off the CPU cooler, to offering programs to monitor and stress test the 5500X3D. In short, I would highly recommend this website and will be using them again if I need to.

Fantastic service. They contacted me via WhatsApp with useful information had I been a novice user with installation instructions. They then gave me step by step dispatch info with photos. It was packed really well and arrived on time with Royal Mail. CPU works perfectly, really happy with everything.
