Peach Properties Reviews

I have been a landlord for 25 years in Shoreditch. Peach are the only property agent i would recommend. I now use them for both letting and management.

We had a really positive experience with Peach Properties. The team was organised, polite, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, things were handled efficiently, and we always felt supported rather than pushed. It made a big difference after previous experiences with other agencies. Everything felt straightforward and well managed, from first contact to getting everything finalised. I don’t even know where to start, it was simply a relief to work with people who actually do what they say.

Peach Properties had my review (below) removed! Proof that you can indeed have negative reviews removed and keep the positive ones!

Worked for this agency VERY briefly, a month, after being advised that all and every property inspection should be carried out with only 24 hours notice to the tenant (via email) and to attend with keys, without or without acknowledgement from the tenant. No regard for my safety or the tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of the tenancy. Office 'humour' also way beyond inappropriate.

Ben was so helpful and hands on. The process was slower (not due to him) and he went above and beyond to help me get the lease over the line. Would recommend !

Bee dealing with them for a years , always very easy to deal with .

Easy and efficient process to find a new office space. Viewed and moved in within a week. Thank you Ben !

We have had good service from Peach helping us rent a Commercial Office in Bethnal Green and will be doing Business with them again.

Chris and the team at Peach Properties have been amazing. They helped manage my rental property for several years and then helped me sell the property in 2025. They have been friendly, thorough, supportive and extremely professional throughout my time working with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience with Peach Properties! Ben was an exceptional agent who helped us secure a lease for our future restaurant. He was professional, responsive, and made the process seamless. Highly recommend Peach Properties for anyone in need of commercial and residential real estate services!

Exceptional service from start to finish, they deserve 5 star.

Very good, friendly and prompt service. Excellent communication and transparency.

I have had a great experience dealing with the team. Jack and dru were in hand to answer any questions and found me a good tenant quickly. Nick was amazing at arranging contracts etc and georgie and her team have dealt with the management for the last 2 years.

Fabia from the maintenance was very helpful and pleasant . Would listen to complaints and find effective solutions .

Another successful transaction completed. On this occasion we dealt with the commercial team who helped up find a unit with tenants in situ for investment.

Thank you to team , once again a very good service.
Would highly recommend peach properties.

They have managed my flat in London, and made sure everything I needed to know is in order. I was very confused about the whole process but the lovely team at peach made it so much easier and guided me the whole way through. 10/10!

My boyfriend and I recently moved in with each other and the process of viewing and agreeing tenancy was so easy. All of the team in which we spoke to were so nice and accommodating. Very professional but welcoming and if you have any queries, they’re always quick to help. Very nice experience for us both :)
