quite easy to use and fast delivery
quite easy to use and fast delivery
the only issue i had was that it didn’t mention that a phone number was important for delivery, which meant there was a delay.

This was the first order i have done on this site without having too much expectation. I was very impressed by the fast delivery . I mean in 48 hours i got a call from the courier letting me know that I have a batch. The goods ordered are what are expected to be: Well packed and with a gift in.Good price, fast delivery, best products. I sincerely recommend.

Great site, will be using again
Great, polite and lovely customer service, arrived discreetly packaged (though one of the packages was way too big for the content, and had no filling so the content kept shaking around which is kind of bad for electronics! so the one minus is for that).
Their site made the mistake of selling me an item that was out of stock, and they immediately contacted me and offered alternative items without additional costs, or a refund.
Will be a return customer.

I'm sorry but there was a huge delivery…
I'm sorry but there was a huge delivery delay which I wasn't notified of. Moreover, the item did not work due to a battery issue and, obviously, it was not possible to send it back after opening the package.
I'm sorry but it has been a really negative experience.

I'm truly sorry to hear your experience with us has been so dissatisfying. We strive to be on top of any updates pertaining to our customers' orders so that you never have to worry about their location and I apologise if our communications were not sufficient.
I hope our conversation over email has been helpful in solving the issue with the toy and also cleared the situation regarding the tracking of the parcel.
Please never feel unmotivated to reach out to us if you ever have an issue with any of the products you received. We know it can be frustrating to not be able to enjoy them straight away but although faults can sometimes occur, we're always here to help solve such issues.

Peachy Vibes is a fantastic toy! Never have had any better. Very powerful and gentle at the same time. I like speed 4, which is strong enough for me. They sent me out the package on the next day + a free gift - lube.

Order came in the next day where I live and the box was just as inconspicuous as I was hoping. Didn't have any issue with the order but wrote an email for some clarifications and the staff was lovely. Great experience so far!
