Absolutely brilliant service from Peacocks Pest Control Ltd. Gareth turned up early, was professional from start to finish, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He thoroughly searched for where the problem was coming from, explained all about cluster flies, and you could tell straight away how experienced he was.

He checked everywhere including under cupboards and in the loft, put the treatment down properly, and reassured us he’d come back if we noticed anything else. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely honest — honestly every superlative going. On top of all that, the price was excellent and very fair for the level of service provided.

Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control services. A genuine 5-star experience.

Gareth and Peacocks Pest Control have been brilliant from start to finish. They responded to my initial enquiry about noises in the loft very quickly, and came round the next day to start investigating things. Gareth is very knowledgeable, and identified the issue straightaway, and suggested a clear plan, which he followed through until the problem was resolved. They were very reliable, and communication throughout was very clear and honest, and they explained everything they were doing. Plus they didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need or pressure me into buying their services, unlike some other companies I'd previously had dealings with! Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
