I had some problems with customs, but the peacock handled it well and provided with me with frequent updates. So, kudos to the peacock cs team.

Watch arrived in a nice box and proper wrappings. The finishing is good; the dial design is great. Just one small nitpick, the screw heads on the movement seems to indicate that the watchmaker did not use the correct screwdriver to manipulate it. There're some rough edges on the screw heads, but this is minor, i guess.

Overall, i'm satisfied with the watch and the peacock team.

I took a chance on the brand and it did not disappoint.
I bought the Peacock Hand-Made Guilloché Tourbillon Watch in Sky blue.
My first purchase from them. The purchase process was simple. Arrived on time. The presentation box is awesome. Teal blue inner/outer box.
The watch is simply gorgeous from the pineapple Guilloché in sky blue, to the Coaxial Tourbillon. Even the Côtes de Genève style finishing is nice and what I love more is the movement is the dial, which is unique and cool.
From a pricing perspective it can't be beat especially being a Tourbillion. Tourbillions are usually priced in the $8K - $40K range.
For those dipping their toes in Tourbillions this is a great first step.

Appreciate fast respond before buying. I've got a good deal buying Peacock witness watch with an extra strap and buckle included. After purchased, i have been told that there is no stock of the extra strap and buckle. So i asked for a refund because i didn't wanna wait. The solution was to ship the watch first and strap will arrive after Feb 28 . I agreed with the agent and the watch shipped to me, but when I opened the box and there extra strap inside. I do appreciate the deal, but I feel like I have been lied to just to make a purchase decision and I know it is a marketing strategy to get new customer. However shouldn't trick the customer just to get the sale deal. It makes the company look untrustful and also make the customer like question about warranty and the future maintenance. If you want loyal customer don't use trick like that to gain new customers. Over all the watch itself is great with good quality. I do enjoy the watch and satisfy with my purchase.

I’m extremely happy with my Peacock Perfection Classic 1953.
The watch exceeded my expectations in terms of finishing, dial execution and overall build quality. The attention to detail is truly impressive for this price range.
The packaging was also beautifully done and made the whole experience feel special from the very beginning.
Customer service was excellent as well responsive, helpful and professional throughout the process.
I’m genuinely impressed with what Peacock is doing and I’m looking forward to seeing how the brand evolves in the future.

The Peacock Watches support was exceptional in responsiveness and helpfulness. There was some issues with shipping/importing but the company's customer support kept in contact and resolved the issue in a professional manner. The product was excellent in design and quality and I liked the packaging.

Awesome watch for an honest price.
No shipping, customs, VAT and whatever other annoying taxes to be paid.
Early days yet, I have the watch about a month, but it runs perfectly on time (within the standards of a mechanical watch).

The watch is stunning ,the customs issue was challenging but in the end it finally arrived on Christmas eve and became what will become a memorable gift to myself !! All the best in 2026 ...

Very nice tourbillon watch. The Guilloche dial is phenomenal, the quality & finishing are much better than expected. Best value on market.

I bought this watch around Thanksgiving 2025. It is a FANTASTIC watch! The dial polishing is epic, and the tourbilon movement is exquisite! You cannot get a better watch for the price. Also, the customer service is amazing! We exchanged a lot of emails before and after the purchase, and she was very responsive and always got back to me within a few hours even there was a time zone difference. Two thumbs up for the watch makers and the Peacock customer service team!! Highly recommend.
