Peak Pharmacy was founded in 1981 and is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
It has grown via merger and acquisition from a single pharmacy into the business it is today, consisting of over 150 pharmacies and an online pharmacy.
In 2023 we moved to our new purpose-built facility, in Bolsover, housing both our head office and warehouse. The warehouse uses state-of-the-art automation technology and machinery for medicine packing and distribution.

Went in to Peak Pharmacy in Matlock…
Went in to Peak Pharmacy in Matlock with my Wife to sort out a prescription for a family member.
The Lady had a 'couldn't care less attitude' Just was not interested. Did not want to help.
Boots are much better.

The pre-sale assessment great service from Peak Pharmacy.
The pre-sale assessment was thorough, relevant and easy to follow and complete.
Purchase at a very competitive price was also easy and secure.
Delivery was well managed by tracking and arrived on time. Somewhat ironic that our package left Stourbridge to the Royal Mail centre in Wakefield and returned back to Amblecote but this didn’t affect service delivery.
Our package was well managed and the contents nicely labelled.

Don’t assume your booked appointment will go ahead.
Booked an appointment by telephone at the Ripley branch for private flu jabs for 3 family members. Attended the appointment only to be told ‘we aren’t doing flu jabs today you should’ve had an email’. No email was ever received hence why we were there.. - but the worst of it was how flippant the staff member was, like we hadn’t just all had our limited time after work completely wasted. Didn’t even offer an apology. Really poor service, avoid.

Great Service, Fast Delivery
We only needed 2 pills as we were short them from our prescription. Instead of having to bother with a whole new prescription of 12+ pills, you offer the chance to buy single items which is great!
