First off, I don't know who Henrys Caps is and should NOT be compared to your experience with them.
Secondly, what does my domain purchase entity have anything to do with my small business, my craft, and the experience I provide to my customers?
Thirdly... we do not use Trustpilot for reviews, we used Judge.me because it's an impartial review site better suited for my customers and a genuine review without vetting.
My caps are FAR from overpriced, I challenge anyone to compare the quality to any other incredible hatter, and then tell me they are overpriced. I work VERY hard to keep my prices reasonable and in the range for the blue collar, working class. The quality outpaces price in every aspect, your comments are a bit insulting.
I design caps that are 100% Harris Tweed wool, some that are 100% hemp, some that are 100% cotton, others that are blends, etc... I carefully and intentionally choose high end fabrics that are most suitable for the cap, the story, and the day to day experiences my customers use their caps for. Some caps are MUCH better suited for less wool, whereas some are better for no wool at all (wool allergies are very real for some).
Calling me a fraud is a direct attack on my small business, and the fact that you've never ordered from me and still do this... such a shame.
How do I stay afloat? I work really hard to focus on quality, reasonable prices, and taking care of customers EVERY step of the way. And I am proud of how I do it.
