High pressure tactics and a bait and switch. I was recently roped into a $200 eye cream that was amazing just to be pressured to buy a $2000 wonder machine. After half an hour of telling this woman that I didn't want to spend that kind of money and a drop in price to $1000, I left with just the eye cream and her yelling at me about wasting her time. I get home to find that I have some hard orange goo in a tube and not what was used on my eyes. Beware of the shop in Las Vegas Planet Hollywood shops.

The lady in Waikiki who sold me this was a delight and the product works so well! Highly recommend it!!

Came across this line quite by accident. Have been using the Defense Cream and the Emulsion Cleaner for 3 months now. Both have a noticable effect on my skin (I am 69 years old). Smoother and added radiance. The defense cream is also very effective on my Decolletage. Would not hesitate to recommend especially for aging skincare.

Love the products. My skin has never felt so good.

Wow this antiwrinkle product is beautiful, I tried a similar product probably 10 years ago, and it wasn't very good as it would crystallize on your skin.
This one I am happy to say does not. It is magic for those days when you are going somewhere special and your under eyes need a lift ✨️
Pearl De Flore products are gorgeous on your skin. I love the vitamins c moisturizer, is is a beautiful smooth base for your foundation to go on.

It’s creamy and doesn’t have a strong fragrance. I haven’t seen any difference but it is fancy.

The store manager Taliana was and still continues to be amazing. She answers all my questions. She was a complete delight to work with in the store and continues to do so online. These products are high quality and I am definitely noticing a difference.

I was promised a frre bottle of the NoirInstant Wrinkle syrynge at ourchase . I just want to know if i will receive it

High pressure sales , especially when sent through to the 10 minute wrinkle procedure? Half an hour later and pressure to buy a gadget at 1500 dollars then 850 dollars. When I said no, having already bought 200 dollars worth of goods, we were virtually kicked out by Talia!

Would give a ZERO if the site allowed. KEEP AWAY from this company. We purchased at the Venetian in Las Vegas and had a bad reaction just days before son’s wedding. The product we purchased was unopened so went back to shop to seek a refund. Got a first class run around saying we had to contact customer services, who do not answer your phone calls. Even tried the concierge in the resort and he got no where at all. Obviously they know most of the mugs they get in are there for a short time and haven’t got the resources to fight this while on holiday. So to sum up, couldn’t apply make up before sons wedding, couldn’t get a satisfactory response (well no response at all) from the customer services number. Shop unhelpful in the extreme no customer service skills. They would be out of business in Europe. Absolutely disgusted. Wish I could actual write what I want but I have standards unlike this company.

I could not believe the difference one treatment made in my skin. I went out after the treatment without makeup! That has not happened in the last 30 years

Great product. I purchased the noir treatment syringe eye cream. Once applied you can see and feel the effects almost instantly. I was very sceptical about this, having tried many creams previously but was genuinely surprised and pleased with the results. I have very sensitive skin and generally have some form of allergic reaction to most things but so far so good with this treatment. It’s not cheap but it does work.

I enjoyed my visit to Beauty Avenue MGM because of the atmosphere & learning about these amazing products!

My dark shadows have gone, skin is firmer & any wrinkles have disappeared.
