I placed an order with company for $1034 USD. They messed up and sent someone else’s order instead. I contacted them and sent pictures of the wrong order. They gave me that customer’s contact info NAME, ADDRESS, & PHONE #. They refunded HER order because I had photos. They refused to refund my order and accused me of lying. I placed several orders before this, 1 order was over $1500 USD. BAD COMPANY!! BUYER BE WARE!!

Pearlury is the best!I've had dispute with the other company,they lost my package and hasn't give me any response so far!!But Jerry is really different,once he noticed my problem,he contacted me and offered me satisfing solution,I'm happy with them.

There could be many jewelry companies on TikTok but I only love Pearlury.First shopping experience with them started 3 months ago,then I just can't stop it anymore.There pearls are different I have to say,and their service is the best,they are always responsible and quick response on any problems.I just love them!
