I was apprehensive at first due to all communication being over email and calls, however she followed up on my case continuously keeping me updated for close to one year. I started my process in 2017 for Australia 190 PR for Victoria.
Initially I thought getting a Permanent residency VISA is next to impossible task, if we go for 190 subclass.
