Their jewlrey is trash. Literally plastic and the Copeland necklace broke and they do not accept refunds. $25 for a piece of plastic! they are a scam! do not buy!

I have to say, I was honestly puzzled by some of the reviews. I’d been wanting to purchase for a while, but being in Canada—with the exchange rate and mixed feedback from this website —I hesitated. What finally convinced me was how amazing Elizabeth was. She personally responded to my messages, offered style advice, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right pieces.

When my order arrived, I was beyond excited! One shirt came with the wrong font color (mistakes happen—we’re all human), but customer service handled it perfectly. They replied quickly, were incredibly kind, and immediately sent the correct item.

And for those saying you can find the same tops on Temu—you can’t. I tried! The way she cuts the tops and the length are absolutely perfect 👌.

From start to finish, purchasing from her has been an absolute joy.

To spend $50-something bucks, plus tax on a bargain bin quality t-shirt is insulting.

This brand is seriously playing people!!

I notice on the site, you will see nearly five stars, which is what gave me comfort to purchase a cool looking t-shirt from this brand. The overall quality was so poor, the graphics, the extremely thinned out cotton I didn't even bother to try it on, I immediately processed the refund and sent this crap back, as I was later told they only offer credit and not a refund.

Any business that only offer credit and not a refund, could care less about the bullshit they send you, because you will essentially be forced to re-shop there, if you are into gambling.

I received a little over half of what I paid for the 'busted' t-shirt in a gift card. Why would I re-set myself up for more disappointment.

My caution to any future customer: DON'T BE DECEIVED BY GREAT RATINGS ON THEIR SITE....IT'S A SCAM TO SUCKER YOU INTO PURCASHING a $5 product at best for $60

Beware you might not get what you ordered! I ordered an item and shipping protection that was supposed to arrive August 8. After it was 10 days late I reached out to customer service. They were dismissive and dishonest. They claimed that it was on its way but I was tracking it through the Shop app. It was stuck somewhere in MA for several days at that point and still is now, several days after they claimed that it was on its way. After I brought this to their attention the gave me a link to chase it down myself. No offer to ship another one, they didn’t bother to track it down for me to fulfill their obligation to the customer. Good thing I’m only out $66. The prices are pretty high and you can easy spend a couple hundred dollars of items you might not receive even if you buy the shipping protection they offer.

SCAM COMPANY STEER CLEAR

Horrible. Sizes are totally off. I followed the size guidelines. These T-shirts make me look fatter, because there is so much extra material. The T-shirts are HEAVY and stiff. I also bought a cardigan, the beaded one, Huge!! And, day 2 the entire sweater was pilling… cute graphics online, but a plastic like graphic on top of T-shirts… it’s weird. You can’t return anything, and/or you have to pay for return shipping. Total waste of $300 for 4 items.

The whole thing is a scam. I never received my product, and emailed them to tell them as much. I did not purchase the shipping insurance for a $25 tee shirt. This is the response:

What we recommend is filing a claim directly with the carrier regarding your missing mail piece(s).”

So basically, they can just collect the money and never send the product and call it a day. SCAM.

I purchased 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets - statement pieces. All 4 of the products broke after 2nd time wearing. The clasp on one of them broke within one wear. Other necklace and bracelet the link broke off. Very cheaply made

I received my earrings this morning. Tried them on and they are stunning. I will be ordering more earrings from your company. Thanks

I ordered the bleached out t-shirt which came with an ugly bleached stripe down the entire side. Ok I guess defects happen but I had to pay for return shipping on the exchange because they wouldn’t provide a return shipping label. Received the replacement and yet it still has an ugly bleached stripe down the entire side from top to bottom. They will only offer store credit now. No thanks. Don’t want to chance ordering any more of your merchandise. Poor quality. Bad customer service. Don’t waste your money.

I just placed my 9th order with this company and have had no issues. I received everything I ordered & pretty quickly honestly. When I had a question I reached out to the company on Instagram and they responded right away. Everything fit and was very flattering. I personally felt like everything I picked out felt high quality. The cardigans and sweaters were thick and soft, the bramis were super stretchy & gave good support, and the jewelry?! The cutest statement pieces I’ve ever owned! The prices are high yes, but I’m willing to pay them as a smaller figure with a larger chest really struggling to find flattering pieces.

Edit: My most expensive order just never shipped and it’s been a month. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for a week now. They sent the wrong replacement first off. Then they told me my correct missing order was shipping and it still hasn’t. I even put the missing order number in the title and they can’t seem to figure it out. I’m never ordering again. This is so disappointing because I was so happy with the quality and the clothing itself. The customer service though? Absolutely not. I’m not sure how with both the order number and screenshots of the items they can’t figure it out. And of course it’s a huge order I’m missing.

Like the others here, I should have done my research. After spending $150 on three (yes, three) shirts, I received only two. Very cheap quality! I inquired about the third. No reply. several days pass. I email multiple times asking for a refund or the whereabouts of the item. NO response!! Wow!! I had to file a claim with my bank and they are looking into it for me. Unacceptable!

I made my first purchase with Pebby Forevee just recently. I ordered a top, a hoodie, and a "brammi." The shipping was quick, but once my package arrived, the problems began. First and foremost, the quality is terrible. All three items are Forever21-type quality, and after spending $131.86, with a discount code AND sale, I'm rather disappointed. I could get over this: live and learn, right? Unfortunately, the $38 brammi is so poorly sewn, that there is a 1 inch difference in the height of the cups. It's pretty obvious when I put it on, so it's basically unwearable. I reached out to customer service via email. 2 days passed with no reply, which is past the "24-48 hour" response time stated on their website. I commented on a post. Not only was there no reply, but they deleted my comment. I reached out via FB messenger. Nothing. This business should be embarrassed. This feels so scammy, and like a total rip-off. I'm so disappointed. Pebby Forevee won't get another dollar from me.

No refunds, only exchanges and they charge you to return the item! Even SHEIN does free returns! Would never order from here again.

I ordered from this company after seeing their ads pop up on Facebook and Pinterest. I liked the style that their photos showed. I wish I would have done a bit more research before I paid over $70 for what amounted to two extra-long Gilden t-shirts with their label pressed into the neck and the hems cut off. Not only was the quality disappointing, but my order took over 20 days to ship and it only shipped after I filed a dispute with Paypal. Within 15 minutes of filing the dispute, my order suddenly shipped from their facility. After them telling me that it had been picked up by the post office three days after my order was placed and that the post office must have not gotten it scanned in yet.
After receiving multiple emails daily asking me to leave a review, I attempted to do so but because my review was negative, they won't publish it on their website. Overall, disappointed in the product and customer service. Do your research and you will find the negative reviews and the responses from the business owner come across as very snarky.
