Pedal Perfect Designs Reviews

Terrible product and even worse customer service. Calling this company “Pedal Perfect Design” when the product is anything but perfectly designed is honestly diabolical.
I purchased their product through their shop and tried to return it, but they haven’t even bothered to respond to my messages. No response, no refund, and no attempt to address the issue.
I also noticed they have a 4.8-star rating on Etsy, but based on my personal experience, I honestly don’t understand how. The product quality was disappointing, and when you have an issue, getting a response from them seems nearly impossible.
Think twice before spending your hard-earned money here. Based on my experience, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Terrible product….poorly made…will not accept ret\urns

I made a terrible mistake ordering from this company from USA a product that apparently fill the gap in the market regarding Garmin varia support for special seat posts. The product cannot be fixed on the seat post due to a poor shaping and being made from a material that isn't flexible enough to accommodate the form of the seat post. On the other hand it has poor finishings as if it was scratched. I guess it is impossible to return without huge costs as I have to ask for export customs formalities. A lot of money paid for an illusion.... They don't respond to any claim I made for the product being not in conformity with their published details .

Later edit 13 dec 2025: The seller responded positively to my claim on 29 nov 2025 and offered to send me a new item based on pictures I sent to them with the wrong product . I was really happy that they did their best to solve the issue as soon as possible but to my utmost disappointment , I haven't heard from them since then, which made me very confused. Never again will I do business with american companies.....

I purchased the Extra Large Air Tag + Radar Mount (RCT Camera Model) for S-Works saddle. The mount broke in half during my second ride when I rode over a valley gutter out of a parking lot. Seller offered to replace, I was not interested as I suspect it would only do the same thing again! The seller refunded the cost of the unit but not the shipping. I would definitely recommend staying away from any of Pedal Perfects products that incorporate extended arms, they obviously are not using the correct materials in their fabrication. Buyer beware.!!

Awesome product. Great seller. Highly recommend.

Garmin varia saddle mount purchased for my new sl8 pro. Great mount, fits perfectly, and adds that final touch to a gorgeous bike. Delivered within a week of ordering to the UK. Superb customer service.

I purchased two Garmin Varia mounts from this store after having little luck finding good options for two of my Trek bikes (Madone + Emonda). I didn't like the mount that came with the Varia. These are much sleeker. Easy to install and they look nice. I did have one break but it was replaced at no charge, which was appreciated!

Great customer service, very reliable, parts was packed carefully and it arrived fast. Don’t hesitate to order if you find what you looking for, great guy. Very happy with my overall experience.

After using PPD’s Garmin Varia Holder for the Shimano Stealth Pro Gravel Saddle, I can’t imagine going back to the standard Garmin seatpost holder with the rubber band. This custom-made holder fits the contours and shape of the Shimano Stealth Pro saddle perfectly, providing a very secure mount for my Varia. It sits conveniently behind my saddle bag, keeping everything streamlined and out of the way.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade from the basic seatpost holder!

Great communications with seller! I have several Fizik Aliante carbon saddles with ICS mount. This 3D-printed Garmin mount was IMPROVED given my feedback, so the curved stop now allows mount to click into place with a positive hold. Fit is tight with no wiggle or looseness. The Garmin interface used with my Varia rear radar light is also solid with no looseness. 1/4 turn lock keeps it in best position for visibility and radar field-of-view. The high mounting location allows use of smaller under-seat bags without interference. If you have a Fizik saddle with ICS, this is the mount to buy for your Garmin Varia radar!
