Absolutely shocking customer service, you have to chase these people over and over again to get an answer! Even if you send a number of emails, you never receive anything back, Left in limbo, not kept up to date, doesn't want to put any effort in to assisting with finding a property. Don't waste your time going through this company.

had a very painful experience with the Peepal letting agent. I must caution others against using their services. They prioritise their own financial gain over the interests of their clients. their customer service is very poor, so much so that I paid extra charges just to get rid of these money-hungry parasites. after almost of year of not using their services, I just discovered they had taken payment from both myself and my tenant without letting each other know for fixing the stuck door key that my tenant accidentally caused.

As a First Time Buyer, you will be guided and have everything explained to you. Peepal will support you and do all the admin, and everything is calculated (AIP) according to what is necessary.

My experience has been excellent. I am guided through the process of starting and supported in decisions and comparisons of the property which is with savings and earning. All of the work is done for me and I felt empowered by my advisor. My mortgage offer was concluded and ready within a few days for the first property but with some reasons I have changed property and which needed more hardworking for an offer. Brilliantly done for another as well after long hardship. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
