The breakfast blend is delicious
The breakfast blend is delicious, strong, malty but also nuanced in flavour. I’ve not found a better morning brew. Fast service, beautifully packed.

Still haven’t received my tea
Still haven’t received my tea. I suppose it has to do with receiving customs but the website made it seem simple.

Dear Hannah
I'm very sorry your tea hasn't arrived with you yet - this is very frustrating. You order has been stopped by Swedish customs and we were not aware that this had happened until we received your review on Trustpilot and checked the tracking.
Under the Brexit arrangements, tea should not be classed as a restricted item by EU member states but we are finding some customs authorities decide to charge a fee for clearance. All taxes and duties are collected by us using our IOSS system so the fees they are looking for should not have been charged.
We are currently disputing this with PostNord in Sweden but in the meantime, we have paid the clearance fees for your order so that it will be delivered in the next few days.
It has be very rare that we have had issues with the EU but we are constantly monitoring the situation so we can provide clear information on our website. We will be updating our website to add a warning about these potential fees and to ask our customers to contact us straight away so we can resolve the problem. Unfortunately in some instances we are having to stop shipping to certain countries.
Again I am very sorry that the experience of ordering with us has not been as straight forward and enjoyable as it should have been. We have also emailed you separately to see if we can be of any other assistance.

Fabulous tea!
Fabulous tea! I tried the peppermint at my boss’s house & it’s the only peppermint I’ve had that doesn’t get that weird, tannin-y taste when it’s been stewed too long. So I ordered some for myself. Love it, thanks!

Great selection, nice design, and definitely one of the best teas i have ever tasted (mind that I'm not a tea person!). Got some teas from Whisky collection and i am in love with Speyside tea!
