I am a handicapped man that purchased a Pelegon Quade cane (300) max a year ago. My issue and reason for a 1-star is because the rubber tips wore down and I ordered them from an alternative source that recommended a particular replacement set. Well that didn’t work for the first time, a the second time.
I called/ emailed Pelegon several times and got no help, absolutely no response about how or who I could contact them. What upsets me is that they sell these Quade canes and when people like me need a rubber tips replacements they just don’t respond.
They have an alternate source to purchase these tips however they don’t fit. They slide off. I even offered to mail the ones from there alternate source and got no reply. They want to sell but don’t want to stand by when a customer has problems. That’s the reason for 1- Star!

Wishful thinking
I put one star because I'm unable to use it. Because of the return policy I've done all the no nos. You can't return the product if you open the box and take the pieces out of the plastic wrap and put it together. I had to do that in order to see if it works for me, we'll it wasn't wide enough for me I needed atleast two to three extra inches to fit comfortably. So I'm stuck with a walker that I will not be able to use. I chose the 4 payments so I'm auto paying for three more months. I need a hip replacement that's why I purchased it. I also bought the bathtub chair and toliet rail I'm very pleased with those purchases. I would have loved to be able to use the walker

Best help for an elderly person.
We thought we needed a grab bar near the toilet to help getting up and down from the seat; a taller toilet would be helpful too. The cost to replace the toilet was too much and a self- installed grab bar wasn’t too reassuring. The chair rail with padded seat solves both issues and we are so happy with it!

would have been 5 stars but product could have been packaged a little better, and the brake on the left wheel was stuck all the way down on the wheel so that the walker would not work, i adjusted the brake till the wheel was free,some people would not know how to adjust the brake and would have a walker that was unusable right out of the box ,could be better quality control or better packaging
