Do not use. Terrible service. 45mins late and changed drivers multiple times during that. Provided incorrect contact numbers for drivers and kept lying about how long they would be. Definitely just use bolt or uber instead as there is no benefit booking in advance with this taxi service. When the driver turned up he was either drunk or very tired and drove really dangerously, hitting the curb multiple times and drifting across lanes. Honestly like something out of a bad film…do not trust this company.

Do not use this service for airport pick up. They promise the best transfer but are far from it. On collection, our driver complained that the shortest journey time wise (saving 30 minutes) was 20 miles longer and therefore made no sense for him to take it as he wouldn’t get paid properly for it.

He insisted on driving the longer route, argued with us, calling the office and putting it on speaker phone. Very rude. He worked for many different organisations and didn’t have a clue which company we booked with. Definitely didn’t understand or care that we had booked a premium service for the convenience and speed of it. Kept referencing Uber. Told us that we had made the wrong decision and should have got the train.

Terrible experience. Not what I would expect. Don’t waste your money.

Driver was on time and friendly. Service was good value

No Car was sent - left out in the cold and dark, kept dropping the call when asked what time the car was despatched, was told to the car was outside the venue, kept asking for email confirmation that was not sent,took more than 30 minutes for them to admit no driver was available. Had to wait and take a black cab on Train Strike day - BPC (or Peliccan Cars) still took payment, refusing to refund as no job code was given.

Canceled my reserved and paid for car, did not let me know until I landed at Gatwick with my kids and family. Extremely disappointing - will not help me get a refund, though I paid for a service I did not receive. It really messed up our plans and was terrible.

On time and on budget. Would use again.
